Very large car park and was nearly full when we went in March. Took a long time to find a space and then you've got to walk all the way back to pick up point. lots of pot holes and ruts on surface. Bus goes a set route terminal by terminal so if you are at the last one, as we were, it takes quite a while to get there. Not overly impressed at all

A little more information about procedures at the car park would have been helpful, eg. map of bus stops etc.

as above. The outward driver said what do you expect for your money to most holiday makers and the bus was full, it drove past one full bus stop and it was raining hard. We arrived at airport wet and muddy from walking to a working bus stop on site. Will not use again unless improved.

Excellent value for money - I would recommend the pasrk to anyone. It made a great start for our journey to India to do voluntary work through Rotary. The return home was also easy and convenient.

Although the car park was easy to book, one of the cheapest, and on arrival the attendant seemed friendly enough. I was a little disappointed to find out on arrival that we couldnt actually park there, and that we had to go to another carpark due to repairs. The directions we were given were vague and we were told to park anywhere in T1 and to 'sort it out when we got back'. As a result I felt annoyed and apprehensive on my holiday,as we had a night flight on return, and had no instuctions of how to get out of the car park without paying again,or transfers! Although I understand that maintenance has to happen, I feel that we could have been made aware of this earlier to enable us to arrive earlier.

Booking was easy, entry to the car park was simple, finding a space was tricky and If I did it again I would drop my cases at the bus stop first. The car park surface was muddy and I really need a pair of wellys but in true British style got on with it. The return was easy and the bus came quickly. This time I dropped my cases off before went to get my car. It was dark on the way out and I went out the in entrance by mistake as the out was not very marked and the in had two barriers both up so it was a little tricky at night in the rain. The security guard did look a little dumb founded as I sped by on the wrong side of the road. All in all an OK experiance

Easy to find and as close as you can get without being inside the airport. Waited 10 mins for transfer bus on the way our and 2 mins on return. About 10 mins transfer from the terminal to the car park. No fuss, no problems. Kept my keys so straight out to the motorway on return. Great value - will definately use Jet parks again.

Departure coach driver ignored me when I tried to flag him down between stops at 05:30. I understand that there may be regulations about only stopping at the bus stop but why did he not wait 30 seconds at the next stop as I ran after him? Also Departure Transfers go T3, T1 T2 in that order. Be warned!

Reception was quick. We had to tour the park to find a spot (no on-site help). There were several bus stops -so not very far to carry the luggage. The transfer coach arrived quickly and deposited us at the terminal in 5 minutes. On the return we waited 10 mins or so for the coach to arrive.Exit from the park was smooth and efficient.Very good value.

Bus that we needed said "Not in service" on it, so we ignored it for a while. When asked if it really was out of service it was changed to "Jet Parks" and we were on our way. Had it gone without us we would have been pretty vexed!
