We arrived reasonably early. It took us ages to find a place to park. At one stage I thought that we might be late for our flight. When eventually found a place, we were told that we can not park there as it is for the staff who sits in the cabin. I would rather pay bit more and would prefer to be told exactly where i can park. It was worse than when you go shopping at Manchester city and tried to go round & round the car park to find empty place. In short i would not be using this place again. Thanks

Parking within walking distance from the terminal, so dropped the family and bags off first and walked over rather than get the bus. Would use again.

Mr Stradling 16 August, 2010

We were upgraded to use the multistory carpark next to the terminal - not actually sure why. In the end we got over £400 of parking for about £50.

Mrs Priest 16 August, 2010

When we arrived at the park it was quite full so we were upgraded to parking on the airport longstay carparks. No hassle and a smooth process.

Ms White 10 August, 2010

The only slight problem was there was heavy rain and some of the spaces were full of water. Would suggest that they resurface or improve the drainage.

We pulled in, confirmed our terminal and were upgraded to on airport long stay with no additional cost. Clear instructions delivered with a smile. Jet Parks was so easy to find too. Good value!

Bus transfer came very soon after parking. On return the bus driver was very helpful in dropping us by our car.

Our only complaint is the wording of the instructions to actually find the Parks. On the last two occasions we have lost our way after reaching signs for Terminal 2. We had then to drive round until we found the Parks.

Easy to find car park. We had to drive around to get a parking space, but found one close to a bus stop. Bus transfer drivers very friendly and knowledgeable. However, did notice that our car had been scratched, but that was probably down to a poor driver rather than the narrow spaces between cars. I would use this car park again if travelling from Manchester.

I have used JET PARKS on previous occasions, easy to find, good value for money. Iwill use the car park again. A satisfied customer.

Miss McAdam 03 June, 2010

Both Car parks tend to be fully allocated, so be aware that you may have to drive around a while between the two before you find any spaces, so leave plenty of time, in car park 2, leave your cases at the 1st bus stop, as the transfer bus only tends to use that one, does not go around the whole of the car park.... too congested with parked cars!!

Although we might have appreciated a little guidance in locating a vacant parking space on arrival, we cannot praise the service highly enough. Transfers were regular, comfortable and efficient and drivers courteous and helpful - it was a driver who helped us locate a vacant parking space! Our return had been delayed by 9 days and we were a little concerned what the extra cost would be. We were absolutely delighted that the extra cost was immediately waived! Furthermore there was prompt response to summon support to jump start our car- And all done with a smile and good humour! GREAT SERVICE!

Mr ALLSOP 18 March, 2010

The transfer buses were full by th time they reached Jetpark 2 and the stand we were at. We had to move across to the first stand on that park, and even then we were waiting for a couple of buses prior to being taken to the terminal.

Dr Waterfield 18 March, 2010

Booking easy, directions spot on, Jetparks carpark full on arrival but redirected to Long Stay at Teminal 1 with easy entry and exit, when we booked it was the cheapest and the nearest carpark to the Terminal.

Mr Gatland 17 March, 2010

Worthwhile. Car park is busy with dusty ground so my car was filthy when I came back. Whether this bothers you or not is up to you! Transfers were hot and cold, had to queue for 15mins on the outbound trip but there was a bus already waiting on arrival. Just comes down to luck whether a bus is around or not - car park is not walkable from T2 unlike the Long Stay. You get what you pay for, I was quite happy with the discount.

Mr SUTTON 08 March, 2010

Very large car park and was nearly full when we went in March. Took a long time to find a space and then you've got to walk all the way back to pick up point. lots of pot holes and ruts on surface. Bus goes a set route terminal by terminal so if you are at the last one, as we were, it takes quite a while to get there. Not overly impressed at all
