Very good, our card went in machine at barrier and as they stated if did not work press button and somebody would be there. They were there on our way in and out. Bus was every ten minutes car safe, easy to get to at the airport and will use every time we go away again. Thumbs up

In terms of ease of access to Manchester Airport, its a great system and well run car parking at a reasonably good price.

Yet again, problems on entry. Card/booking reference/name not recognised. In theory booking on line should eliminate these issues. I use airport parking regularly, booking online but invariably there are problems on arrival (and consequently on departure). What a pity.

I found it pretty easy to book and although the machine did not accept my card and us loosing the given code the customer service was able to find us on the system and let us enter and exit the car park. I found 24 pounds a bit much for just 4 days but there was no cheaper option available. I'd use this service again.

T1/T3 is easy to use and close to T1 and T3. If you don't have big bags, I recommend walking to and from the terminals; it's not a long distance, it's as quick as the buses and it's an opportunity to stretch your legs before sitting down on a flight. And it avoids that awkward wait for a bus! Remember to take your booking reference with you, because the barriers often reject cards used for booking, but the staff are efficient when you press the button for help. Also remember to make a note of your row number in the car park so you can find your car easily when you get back!! Off-site parking can be cheaper, but if you book ahead there's often not much difference, and the extra convenience is worth a few (not many!) extra pounds, I think.

The booking and all other administration procedures encountered were simple and quick. On arrival we were asked to divert to the short stay park which is 100 yards away and nearer the terminal - result! On return a quick call and explanation on the exit intercom had us on our way with cheery good journey wishes in less than a minute. The only stressfull part was the drive on the M60/62 - in both directions!

Because booked day before card not accepted at entry - assistance needed and once reference number given entry was given but on return not able to exit with booking debit card so assistance needed again - might be better idea to telephone book if booking at last minute - although once assistance was called no problems with entry and exit.
