Manchester Shuttle Park

        My family recently returned from a holiday and used the Shuttle Park service. We had a small amount of difficulty locating the car park (however this was due to our travelling non-motorway). Arrival was seamless - although the car park seemed extremely full we found a space with no hassle - just slipped the credit card into the reader and drove straight in. We only waited a few minutes for a bus to the airport and that was that. On the return, we were a little unsure where to catch the shuttle bus but the very helpful airport staff directed us. A number of buses pulled up which we were unable to get on (for the shuttle park) however we were helpfully told to wait for Bus no 4. I would say this took perhaps 10-15 minutes but seemed longer because we had returned on a night flight and it was 5.30am. When the bus arrived we had a pleasant trip to the shuttle park, inserted the credit card into the reader so that the barrier lifted and drove home. The whole experience was relatively easy, and the service offered excellent value for money - we saved £30 on what we have paid previously and we wouldn't hesitate to use the service again/and recommend to other travellers. I would add that the customer service telephone operator who I spoke to was extremely courteous and helpful.

        After entering the car park we had to drive around to find a parking space. There was a bus there almost immediately to take us to the airport and the transfer was approx 10 mins. On return we came out of airport building turned left to the bus stop approx 5oo yds and waited approx 5 mins before a shuttle park bus arrived. We would use this service again but would have liked the bus drivers to have been a bit friendlier. Remember to make a note of the location in the car park where you left your car!

        Third time this year we have used this facility and we will be using it again in September. Car parking does not come simpler than this off airport parking, excellent value and service.

        Why would a "pre-booked only" car park be full? No, I don't know either. We were given a free "upgrade" to long stay 1 which meant more driving & delay: we only just got to the check-in in time. We could have booked long stay 1 for less if we'd booked a few days earlier which is what I'd advise others to to.

        Good inexpensive parking. Security is not compromised. Regular shuttle. We had only a few short minutes to wait. Would definately use again when flying from Manchester

        First time we have used your car park as budget closed down. Just our luck to be stuck in Egypt due to volcanic ash situation but couldn't be more pleased at your response and no further payment necessary We travel 3/4/ times a year so will be booking again soon. Many thanks

        The car park is approx. 5 - 10 mins away from the airport terminals. We only had a short wiat for the transfer bus to and from the airport and the drivers were patient and courteous. The car park itself was secure and easy to navigate. Overall parking here beat taking a taxi to/from home to the airport and was better value for money.

        This facility is still the best off airport parking, secure, well surfaced and lit and served by shuttle buses approx' every 15 Mins. Excellent service, highly recommended.

        Car park easy to find but did not realise how far away the car park was. Make sure you have plenty of time. Transfers were good but had to wait 15 mins on return trip.

        The parking is not too far away, and the bus appeared to be frequent. We lost very little time. A good service was provided on this occasion, and I have no reason to believe it would be anything else in the future. I would use it without hesitation on the basis of this experience.
