Will definitely look in to using this again. It was hassle free and easy especially with 2 small children.
missed the first transfer on return as we waited at the wrong stop! we have always gone left when exiting terminal 1 previously. that apart good value for money.
On returning to my vehicle I found the car park VERY icy and difficult to navigate. I also felt the bus drivers were having some trouble getting in, out and around the car park in the difficult conditions. It definately needed to be gritted more frequently and a lot sooner. Other than that a great service, I would recommend to friends and family and would use it again!
Arriving early, 5.15.am, on a cold morning to an unknown venue, an almost empty "bendy" bus driver refused to stop for us just before he exited the car park because we were not at the designated bus stop.That is not good customer care!!
This is the third time this year we have used this car park. As before, after parking our car and unloading our luggage, The transfer bus came within five minutes and after a further five minutes we were at Terminal Three. On our return it was the same. The only slight problem was the return bus driver, who was rather impatient, and didn't give people boarding the bus time to store their luggage before he set the bus in motion, this would have been a problem for elderly people. Overall, a very good service. We will be using Shuttle Park again.
Directions on website easy to follow and car park easy to find. Close to airport with regular shuttle busses. On leaving the car park and again on our return, we had less than 5 minutes to wait for the bus. At the airport terminal, the bus stop was easy to find, just outside the doors. Will definitely use this service again.
Second time I've used the car park this year and yet again a first class service, just a few minutes wait for the transfer buses to and from the airport. I have already booked again for September. Well done SHUTTLE PARK!, keep up the good work.
Our only problem was that the attendant wasn't sure from our booking confirmation that we had booked the shuttle park at Manchester rather than some other airport. Nevertheless, he let us go ahead and from there everything was faultless.
We arrived at the park and although my debit card did not work the barrier, a short conversation via the intercom system at the barrier ensured we were in, in less than 30 seconds. We parked right next to a bus stand and got the cases out of the car, the transfer bus arrived just as I was locking the car, we boarded and were at the terminal within 10mins. On our return we waited only 7mins at the bus stop for the bus to arrive, we were back at the park again within 10mins. On exiting the park, again, my debit card failed to operate the barrier, but after another short conversation via the intercom system, giving my Booking Reference, the barrier was raised. The park is quite large but there are quite a number of bus stands dotted throughout and, it has a Tarmac surface throughout. I have already booked again for later in the year......an excellent service, WELL DONE SHUTTLE PARK!
Everything went smoothly the bus arrived quickly and took us direct to the terminal and gave us information of where to wait on our return form holiday, the service was very efficient with minimal waiting time and the buses were clean and not over crowded. We would certainly consider using this service again if flying from manchester
Easy to find from directions given. Plenty of spaces, buses ran every 15mins and just a short distance from the airport.
A very busy car park, close to the terminals and with a good shuttle bus service. Very popular so it can take some searching to find an available parking space.
The system is very simple. Apart from the shuttle driver who was helpful and friendly we didn't see anyone to delay us and entry and exit from the car park was simplicity itself. Shuttle connections were frequent, fast and comfortable and the instructions were also very clear. I will certainly use them again
Plenty of bus stops spaced around the car park, so wherever you park your car you've not far to walk. Buses run regularly and to time. I didn't see on the website that it is necessary to have the bank card used at the time of booking handy on arrival. It has to be verified when entering the car park, in order to lift the barrier at car park entrance. Similarly, it is used on return to exit the car park.
Having used the Shuttle Park for a number of years I was sceptical about the recent changes, but I shouldn't have been. The new arrangements are just as efficient and the service remains first class. Thoroughly reccommended as the best value car parking for Manchester Airport.
This is the second time I have used this car park. It is very close to the airport and has regular shuttle buses running. The most we had to wait was 5mins. Very good value for money and I would use this again.
Car park decent; buses more regular than previous time here; however it's 50% more expensive, too !
never seen a member of staff at the gate.on the way out or on the way back...the barrier was up ..but a good value carpark..a little worried about security .as didn't need a pass to get in or out...nobody checked my documents..i did notice building work going on...needs to be better secured.
Once the barriers are installed, this will be a really good service. Easy to find, punctual transfers, and reasonable value for money.
When we arrived the barrier was raised and, though we waited around for a few minutes, there was no sign of any staff to check our booking. We parked where we saw a space. The coach transfers were efficient but at no point did we have to show evidence of our booking or give our code. We saw no staff save the shuttle coach driver. The barrier was again raised when we collected our car and we were bemused to find that we could both park and collect our vehicle without any checks. There appeared to be no security at all. This was not the case when we last visited this park. In all other respects we were happy. It is convenient and competitively priced.
