Jet Parks Plus reviews

I read many reviews and felt that Jet Parks Plus were the best in terms of available spaces, quality of surface, security etc. We dropped the car off on 10th April and everything was easy peasy. We found a space quickly, the pick up was speedy and the driver really jolly which was a nice bonus. On the way back we were the only people on the bus and the driver dropped us off as close you our car as he could so that we didn't have to walk so far. He was lovely. The only slight niggle were the road works but they didn't affect us too much as we were passing them at 2.30 in the morning so roads were quiet. They may be more of a problem during rush hour I would imagine. I needed to change the parking hours and they even allowed us to do that without any extra charge. Confirmation of the change came promptly back by email so I was happy it had all been adjusted. Overall a very smoothe transaction in terms of payment too.

Great service,so easy from booking to arrival on site. Would use again. Price was much less than other parking sites.see you next time.

The whole process was effortless and quick with no problems throughout the transfers. The driver was courteous and on time as usual. I book with the company whenever I travel.

Parking experience went very well. Just be careful though if returning to jet park 3 plus as we got on the 3 bus but it wasn't explained we needed the 4 bus! We had to walk back to our car park late at night but fortunately the bus driver recognised our mistake and pointed us to right place

I would use them again despite my comments because I like the system of credit card ID at the barrier. only had to wait 5 minutes both ways for bus transfer. everywhere was clean and tidy

What can I say? Easy to book, easy to find, reliable pickup and drop off, all for a very resonable price. What is known these days as, "a no brainer". The web site needs an update though, read all the stories and info and you could be put off easily. Much less hassle in reality. All in, great! This is now the smoothest run and easiest part of our holiday.

Transfer arrived within 5 minutes of parking straight to terminal & again on returning the bus arrived within 5 minutes, Lady driver was very friendly & reached our car quickly. Will definately use again very good value for money

Very please with this airport parking service: easy and straightforward online booking, and an efficient procedure from arriving in the car to returning from our holiday almost 5 weeks later, including transfers to and from the airport with hardly any waiting each time. Also it was good value for such a long period. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend to friends & family.
