"...On line directions to parking area was spot on. The transfer coach arrived just as we were getting out of the car & waited for us to unload our cases before dropping us off at the main entrance. On returning we were picked up within 5 minutes of leaving the terminal & were back in our car on the way home 5 minutes later. The parking facility was excellent value for money, online booking saving approx 75% of the standard charge. All in all frist rate.."

"...We returned at 3am via the bus, but there was no indication from the driver that we were in JetPark 1 (we parked in JP2). After searching in the snow we asked at the cabin and was told that we were in the wrong car park. This also happened to other people who were waiting at the bus stop to re-board the bus. The driver needs to tell people which car park we are in. Better still, there should be a screen display or tannoy announcement stating where the bus is and indeed which area of the car park(s) the bus is stopping at - difficult to see in the middle of the night..."
