It was the first time we used this service. On time, efficient and almost same price as leaving our car in a car park with a shuttle. Traveling with our little boy, it makes the experience pleasant and very easy. We will def use it again. Found our car as we left it. Nice guys too...

on arrival at airport no problems on returning from our holliday we had to wait 40 minutes before getting our car due to a car said one person or a lorry said another person wasent very happy having to wait that long.

Worked well......because The last time I used the service I rang when I had got through customs as instructed and had a long wait (40 minutes). This time I rang before we reached customs. We had a 20 to 25 minute wait to get through customs and subsequently only a 5 minute wait outside. Generally I think that if anyone should have to wait around it should surely be the driver and not the customer?

I would not use any other service when flying from Manchester. This is great especially when you have young children.

I used Meteor on my last trip out of Manchester. They were prompt and efficient. The car came back undamaged though a little dirty, however, I would certainly use again.

Directions easy to follow, minimum paperwork, reliable. Will use again.

The punctuality when my car was being collected at the beggining of the trip was fine, However, when I got back, having to wait around 40 minutes following my phone call wasn't great(especially having been told that they would be with me in 10 minutes). I know the heavy traffic was probaly to blame but my flight details and traffic reports are now live on line and I'm sure a better plan could have been in place to lessen my wait? The part where you just want to get home after a tiring business trip is probably the most important bit for the customer so if this kind of thing happens it can over shadow what was otherwise a good service. Sorry to moan but you did ask.
