Twice we were warned we would have to move our car from the drop of point because they were late collecting our car. After 15 mins they arrived. If we had to drive off it would have proved a nightmare, not knowing the airport. On our return everything was fine, our car was waiting for us

On both departure and arrival the meet and greet team were waiting for us,which was excellent as saved alot of time not having to catch a shuttle bus. Will definately use this service again.

I was a little anxious about using the service as this waass the first time handing over my car to someone. However The service was professional and courteous, I was delighted with the convenience and in my opinion was excellent value for money.

I have used Meteor Meet and Greet on numerous occasions, both business and pleasure. The service is excellent, always punctual, friendly and great customer services.

What a great way to park for your holiday. Easy to book, excellent value and friendly courteous drivers. We will be using this service in the future and will recommend it to all our friends and family.

From the initial booking online the service was very efficient and instructions for arriving at the airport very clear. The meet and greet driver was waiting for us at departures to and a similar very efficient service awaited us on arrival back in the UK. My only comment, which isn't meant to be negative was that the person I spoke to on the other end of the phone had quite a strong accent and I found it difficult to understand what he was saying, along with the general noise of the airport. Having said that I will, if flying from Manchester again, definately use the service again. Many Thanks for taking care of my PUMA.

Very easy to use, staff were late at drop off but on time on pick up. Good value. Returning from Euro Disney with 2 young children late at night and the service removed all the stress of having to go find the car. The car was waiting outside the terminal building. Will use again

was kept waiting in the terminal over 20 minutes seemed this was the normal and was to be expected would not use again.

It is so easy, you drive straight to the airport where you are met by the Meteor staff, they got a trolley for me then I handed over the car keys and walk into the departure lounge. On my return once again it is so easy, I rang them when I had collected my luggage, was advised where to meet them. They arried very quickly with my car fully valleted, ready for me to drive home.

Had difficulty calling the prearranged number on arrival at the airport - it was constantly engaged - and so had to wait for car to be collected. This caused some difficulty as we were instructed to wait in a drop-off only zone and were eventually moved on by traffic wardens. No problems on return.

Took my mother who is 80 years old first trip on a plane so we thought we would try this service and it was great. Drop off and pick up OK, Maybe a map on the wedd site but still first class service and that was with a 4 hour delay on return flight THANK YOU.

Wished I had used this service before. It was so simple and easy, no hanging round for buses and transfers. Will definately use it again.

Only fault we could find was when we returned we had to wait 10 minutes for the car to be bought over to us in the cold ! The driver was actually waiting for us when we dropped off the car which was just what we wanted. Overall a good service and we would use again.

They did exactly what they said in the write up. They were ther when we arrived and took only 4 or 5 minutes to bring the car back after we collected our luggage. I shall never entertain trecking miles from the airport to the car on a courtesy bus again.

I was a little delayed arriving at the airport but this didn't delay the hand over of the car to the driver, who was punctual and courteous. On our return from holiday, a quick call from the arrivals hall resulted in a short (10 minutes at most) wait for our car to appear. Again the driver was courteous and a quick inspection revealed that the car was just as I had left it. After a 4 hour flight (and a half hour wait to get through customs, not to mention the usual bag reclaim battle) that has to be better that waiting for a cramped courtesy bus and the battle to get on that usually ensues in the summer period. With a 35 miles journey ahead of me, I felt very relaxed. Good value for money.

We have never used meet and greet before, but will definately be useing it again, much more convenient and faster that shuttle parks!

had to wait a couple of minutes when we arrived at airport, driver seemed very rushed, hardly had time to speak. car arrived within 10 minutes from phoning on our return I think driver expected a tip when he returned car

we arrived at the airport a few minutes later, the driver arrived and took our car away from right outside the terminal. when we returned within a few minutes our car appeared right outside the terminal - great only down side was front seats had been moved, drivers side is a nightmare to get comfortable, which is more a comment on our car!

It is called meet and greet well on arrival for you deoarture flight it should not be wait and greet. I understand on arrivals that you have to wait that makes sense but they should be their when you are deapting.

On returning delayed by an hour or so our car was not ready and had to wait over half an hour with a baby at 1am - not happy. Then add injury to insult staff insisted on another £5 as we were late! Thought it would be easiest option with young child - would not use again. You certainly know when you're back in UK....
