We had booked for terminal 2. Had to arrive at terminal 1 due to security changes. Not their fault, but no help to transfer and no offer of compensation. Arrived back, no answer to phone call at first. Then told "couple of minutes, car in front got a flat battery." Same story to 2 other couples. Waited 20 minutes. Transfer would have been quicker! Could also have booked parking in car park where we had to wait. Would never use again!!

You have to drop off your car at Terminal 1 whichever terminal you are flying from due to new security arrangemants. We had a long walk with young children and our luggage to get to our departure terminal. On our return several flights landed at once so we had to wait 25 mins for our car to be delivered. Staff were great though.

Dropping off the car wasnt too bad apart from having to trek from one terminal to another. coming back was a nightmare. Rang the car parking people at 9.45pm from the luggage collection as instructed to do so. Person on other end of phonme said they were having trouble getting our car out due to the car in front having a flat battery. Came out of the terminal to wait for the car. other people also waiting had been told the same story, but their cars arrived after ten minutes waiting. 50 minutes and three phonecalls later with three extremely tired and cold children the car arrived. Will not use again

i was under the impression that we had paid for meet and greet, due to the entrance being cordened off there was a lot of confusion especially that we were in a transit van, and was told that it wouldnt fit under the barrier. It took 4 phone calls on arrival to the airport to get any joy from the workmen, and the same on return Needless to say we wont be using u again !

Great to book and there waiting when we arrived at 3am ! Slight delay on return collection but due to additional security. A great service better than parking off site then needing additional bus ride. Anything that makes the journey better is a great service and cost reasonable.

seems ideal staff are friendly, my car was damaged whilst in there custody, i returned in the dark to ushered away without checking my car only to find deep scratches in my bumper. The company then refuses to accept liability on a technicality but they dont mind there staff lying. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN

Due to the added sercurity the service went a little pear shape as my meet & greet collection and drop of was redirected to car par at the airport, however I can not complain about the service and felt all was done to miinize the disruption. thank you and I will be using this service again. Excellent value for money

We found the staff to be excellent, they give you a mobile number so you can contact them. Even when the must have been engaged they rang straight back within seconds. We had a slight mix up on our return about where exactly to meet, however I would still use them again, without doubt. Its well worth the extra money.

I paid extra for a meet and greet service. The driver was about 15mins late meeting us on arrival. I had phoned ahead to give an accurate ETA. On our return the driver was also 15 mins late in meeting us. I may just as well have saved my money and parked off-site.The driver just handed me the keys on our return with no appology check over or any other communication.I think a refund would be in order. I will certainly never use your company again or recommend it to others.

Somebody was waiting for me at depatures to take my care away and like wise on arrivals. The process was so easy and as I have children it made things so much easier than getting on a bus with luggage to go to a car park. Well recomended would use again.

My booking was made 1 day prior to travelling, the driver did not have a job sheet and apparently ran from terminal 2? to terminal 1! Fortunately we were early for the flight so it wasn't a problem, if we were late or even dead on time i would've been annoyed.

On return the car had a flat battery, CPS had to return to their base to collect a booster starter (which took 30/40 minutes), even though they admited they were aware there was a problem when it was driven to the airport main car park. At least for this time, if not longer, the car was left unlocked !

This was our first time of using this or any similar "meet & greet" service. There was a slight problem on the outward departure. We followed the instructions but when we arrived at the appointed drop off point at the airport terminal there was no driver to greet us. We phoned again and were informed of a delay. This threatened our check in time, as we had arranged arrival only 30 minutes before our latest check in time and were 5-10 minutes late ourselves due to traffic. This greeting delay was therefore a nail biting experience. However, after about 5-10 minutes a substitute driver was sent over in the nick of time. As he was not the allocated driver he didn't have the relevant paperwork but we didn't care by then, just pleased to get going. It was all ok in the end, and the return pick up was very prompt and extremely smooth. Drivers were polite and helpful. Overall, it was a very convenient service which I would definitely use again (but will allow more time for the outward collection, double check that someone will definitely be there, and have a back up plan)!

on both legs had to wait for the driver to arrive outgoing he was 25 minutes late , inbound had to wait outside at 2 in the morning for 15 minutes, not the service you advertise , it would have been quicker and possibley cheaper to park in the long stay. will not use this company again.

We have previously parked and got the shuttle bus and having had to lift cases and balance during the ride to the terminal trying not to grab onto complete strangers we opted to 'upgrade' to cps. The service was prompt and friendly upon arrival at 430am, and the same could be said on return on a very busy sat afternoon

We arrived earlier than planned due to snow but this presented no problems - we just phoned the number given 10 minutes before arrival, followed the easy directions to the departure set down area and there was the CPS man waiting to meet us - simple! I signed the form, checked the return flight details and off we went with bags straight into check-in. No worries about finding an obscure parking lot and then fretting if the shuttle bus would get us to the airport on time. This is a real stress free way of parking and I would recommend it to anyone who has not yet experienced the service. The return was just as efficient - you just call the same number when you have picked up your last bag from the carousel, clear customs, leave the main doors and CPS is there waiting for you. The price is good value when you consider how much the alternatives are. I will certainly be using CPS on my next trip.

Excellent value for money!! The drop off was smooth and very efficient. Our return flight landed early and as the drivers were very busy we had a cold quarter of an hour waiting for the car to be delivered to us. All in all a positive experience which we will certainly use again.

The staff met us at Departures and took the car without a fuss. On return there was a ten minutes delay as the staff had to return from one of the other terminals. However this didn't take too long and the car was parked close to Arrivals for us. We would use CPS again.

My car was damaged whilst with CPS. They have refused to repair it and have just used lots of excuses as to why it's not their fault. The car was checked by them on handover, but they still say they're not responsible for checking it's condition. Their claim is that if the car was damaged by them, their drivers would say so, and both drivers have denied it. I would certainly recommend against using this service as they don't seem to think that they have any duty of care for their customers vehicles what so ever.

We found this service great. It took the hassle out of Parking.Just a quick Phone call on route and whithin about five minutes of arriving at T2 our car was gone and we were checking in! Much the same on our return a quick call once we had our cases and about ten minutes later we were in our car on the M56.We would definatley use this service and company again............THANKS
