It felt too easy and I imagined something would go wrong having never used the service before, but within 10minutes of ariving at terminal 2, a man came to drive our car away for the two weeks we were away, on our arrival despite the terminal change, the driver brought our car within 10 minutes ready for us to drive home-fantastic!

I arrived early, which meant I had to circle the airport until the person collecting it arrived. In fairness though, they arrived within a few minutes of my ringing. I had my car valeted, it looked like new!

A couple of holidys ago i came across this service and now can't do without it, irecommend it to all my family and friends, we turned up at the terminal where there was a driver waiting for us, all we had to do was unload our cases, on our return our car was waiting for us, i'd had it valeted too, it was a fantastic job they'd done, while everybody else was messing about in the cold waiting for shuttle buses to search for their cars we were already half way down the motorway in a gleaming and warm car. priceless service

they had the wrong make of car and reg. marked down for meeting us so after 4 phone calls and waiting over 25mins had to keep asking people if they were looking for us eventually found the meet man..the name was right but he was looking for a jaguar not our polo as a result we were late for bookin. we booked this so we could have a stress free transfer..stress level 9 out of 10..total nightmare

Chauffeur was waiting for us when we arrived. Car was returned on time when we arrived home. Both members of staff were pleasant & polite. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

As we were able to hand the car over right outside the departure hall, it saved my disabled wife the inconvenience of having to catch a bus from an off-site car park, and the same applied to the return journey

Rang Meteor when about 10 mins from airport. Representative was there waiting to take car away once luggage unloaded. Rang again after retrieving cases on return journey and had only a short wait for car to be brought back to enable completion of onward journey. First rate service.

Worked well for the drop-off. Advised to ring about 10 minutes away and the driver was there within a few minutes of our arrival. However, we were advised not to ring until we had cleared customs and then had to wait 20 minutes for the car to be returned. Would suggest advising customers to ring earlier to avoid the wait. Nevertheless, happy with the service overall and would use again.

Meet & greet took all the trouble away, all that extra hastle you dont need, we just drove to the departures at our designated terminal, handed our car over then picked our car upon return. Just ring 10 minutes before

I followed your instructions and on my return I rang once I had cleared customs. I then had to wait 20 minutes for my car to arrive. Clearly if you keep the cars off site then ringing after clearing customs means a lenthy wait for customers which is not mentioned in your literature.

reference number a waste of time only needed name to confirm,which they still got wrong as they thought i was arriving not departing,and the same on the return they thought i was departing when i was arriving hard to find good staff nowadays

easy to just drive to airport and handover your car keys. no time wasted looking for the car park then waiting for the bus. on return you walk out of the airport and into your car.this must save at least 30 mins when you just want to get home!

Terrible experience, ok when arrived and left car, problems arose when arrived back in the UK after 24hrs travelling with two young children, apparent problem with the car, but drivers couldn't have cared less - save your money book a taxi or use the cheaper off airport parking at least they stay with you until you are safely on your way.

Parking booked on Saturday evening requesting collection at 5:30 on Sunday morning. When ringing prior to arrival MM&G had no record of the booking! Last booking in was at 5:55 which was the time driver arrived. On return trip had to wait at least 10 minutes outside arrivals for car to be dropped off.

so convenient, especially for Manchester where some of the car parks are a very great distance away. Car being delivered back late was a nuisance as we landed at midnight and had to drive 75 miles, but CPS did pay for coffees for us while we waited and did keep us updated.

Would probably not use this service again. I had visions of it being a tranquil way to start and end the holiday. It wasn't. On the way to the airport we rang the number as directed on the booking to say that we were on our way and to give an expected time of arrival. It was only then that we were told that we could not go to T3 and were told that we must go to the short stay car park on T1, (I think it was level 10). We made 3 phone calls whilst waiting on the open car park at T1, while we were getting gradually colder and worried that we might miss check in. Our attempts to call M&G kept going to answerphone or told us to ring the main office down south. On return the car was brought to a car park near the roundabout at T3. It was less stressful than the outward journey but we had to drag our cases for about 200 yards-not a great distance but a bridge too far after a trip from America! I have used hotel plus shuttle before and think I will go back to it.

Did the job nicely, but my advice is to ring them 15 mins before reaching terminal for departure or you'll be glared at long and hard by the traffic police as you wait for CPS to arrive to take car away and as first bags come out on arrival or you may be standing in summer clothes freezing at 2 am waiting for them to bring car back. Either way - still better than messing about with buses on tranfers !

If you are flying from Terminal 1 this is a great service as drop off and pick up are right at Terminal 1. Unfortunately for us we were flying from terminal 2 and were not warned that there is no provision to drop off at terminal 2. You have to go to the very top floor of the multi storey car park at terminal 1 to meet the driver who met us promptly but NOTE was not wearing the uniform as discribed or displaying the correct company name!!!! We then make our own way to T.1. This defeats the object of having a "chaffeur service" to me. You have to walk the sky walk. If you can walk unaided, are not travelling with lots of luggage, a 7 mth pregnant wife or anyone with disabilities it's not such a big deal but in our case we had to make the best of it as there was no other choice. It would have been easier to go to one of the airport park and rides. Pick up was fine because they do it at T.2 so no complaints there Would we use again ... Only when drop off arrangements are changed so it is possible at T.1 then we would not hesitate until then we will be parking and riding in the future.

I would not use CPS again, on arrival at the airport they were disorganised resulting in a delay. On our return we had to wait for an hour at 4 in the morning while our car was delivered on the top of a multi storey car park at Manchester Airport, shivering with the cold while 2 CPS employees sat in a mini bus with the heater running. For this service i paid 30 extra over my usual Off Site Car Park.... never again, lesson learned. Oh and they have been kind enough to offewr me 10% off my next booking in compensation.
