The bays need to have numbers or letters for easy finding.The message said find a manned station but they dont exist only someone talking through the Help button.Instructions need to be clearer
The car park was ideally situated across the road from departures which meant we were in the check in queue within 5 minutes of our arrival. No need for another journey on a bus which can be time consuming when you have already travelled for an hour before getting to the airport. We were not 100 % sure we were in the right area as it did not have any signage on the barrier or ticket machine for stays of 1 week, however we presed the help key and the gentlement that answered was very helpful.
It was really convenient to park in the short stay, the car was secure and it was easy to park. There are no manned paystations in the car park so you need to ignore the instructions on the booking form and go straight to the barrier and press the help button to exit.
Very convenient for terminal 3 - but dearer than the off airport parks - pay your money and take your choice. All in all it was a good parking experience - pity the airline cancelled the flight!
The car park for T3 was really easy to find, a short walk into the termninal undercover, straight back out when we returned, had no problems at all. We feel confident to use this service again!
The Manchester short-term parking option was very convenient. As it was dark on both outbound and inbound, I found it safe. It was also quick as there is only a short walk to the terminal. For the convenience involved it was also reasonable value for money.
Would use this car parking again, but apparently the exit procedure of inserting your card never works so the company need to look at this. Otherwise - excellent.
When we arrived, we found a parking place and from leaving there we were in the terminal and booked in within ten minutes. On our arrival back we were out of the airport and on our way home within 5 minutes of getting to our car thanks to the staff at the barrier. Whilst on holiday we did not worry about our car at all and the best thing about Manchester Short Term Parking is that you don't have to leave your keys with anyone. Thank you and I will definitely use your services again in the future.
No major problems, parking space was very close to terminal and felt comfortable leaving vehicle in car park. Would reccomend service to others.
Very good, no complaints. The man on the car park intercom was particularly friendly and helpful. I went to the wrong terminal because I read the bit about Gatwick instead of Manchester. It would be useful to have the terminal highlighted!
