Little unclear where my car was being dropped off upon my return, had to phone up again to find out. Floor D of the departures at Terminal 2. Would have preferred to be met at the arrivals section, but it wasn't that big a deal once I knew where I was going. Will use again.

The car's climate control settings and seat heaters were not as left. Otherwise all was good.

Its the first time I have use this kind of service and to be honest I was more than a little dubious. Needless to say everything went like clock work and I will absolutely use this service again, both for business and pleasure trips.

A very convenient service. If we had not used this type of service we would have missed our flight as we were held up in traffic. Meet and greet is well worth the money. We have used airport parking services in the past and meteor is good value and saves time as there is no need to take your car to the carpark and transfer to a mini bus. Will definitely be using meteor again.

The service was really great, good value for money and there under 10 miles on the clock. I have to say on both times I have used the service the car has been covered in bird lime and mud. It does make me wonder by the time I have paid to get the car cleaned, am I better off parking else where?

I have used this type of service a lot in different airports, I was attracted by the price. The drop off went well, the driver was on time and approached me with a smile and called me by my name. Great. The collection, I called for my car and surprised the operator who said something like " oh I will have to go back for your car!" Alarm bells rang and I ask how long would my car be? I was told 15 minutes. When my care didn't arrive I called and was told he was on the way but in travel. Some 28 minutes passed and my car arrived (we mud down the side), as I left the airport there was no sign of traffic round the airport or surrounding roads. I am pre booked to use the same service next week, lets see what happens

Because no-one was there to meet us we were moved on by a policewoman after two minutes. We moved further along and parked again where a female meet and greet employee approached us. She was very efficient but if we had known we had to drive to the end things would have been much simpler. Always been an excellent service in the past and perhaps this time an over zealous police woman didn't help.

Your phone was unmanned on our arrival, we were quite near the airport when we first tried to ring but rang about four times before anyone answered and of course we had arrived and were circling round/parked while we waited your arrival. You did remove the left behind sandwiches when I rang to ask you to. Prompt delivery of car on our arrival. It's not in the job description but my friend and I were disappointed not to be offered help with our cases. However, great, convenient, fairly priced service that I would use again.

All good only one problem the car was dirty when returned i.e. mud splases all over? not acceptable.

For whatever reason they did not have details of my booking when I called 10 mins before arriving - therefore I had to wait 10 mins once I had arrived. On return it seemed to be the same story - another wait of 10 minutes before my car turned up. Kind of defeats the object me me trying to save time by paying for this service...

This service was excellent we waited approx 5 mins each way and it was worth every penny. It made our holiday arrangemts run as smooth as they could and I would definately use this service again.

Departure no problem. Rep was there to meet car. Arrival back at airport. Was told to call once cleared customs and wait 10-15 mins. Looking at previous reviews, I called prior to receiving my bag thinking this would mean the car would be there as I arrived. Still had to wait nearly half an hour at 10pm for car to turn up. May as well have used the long-stay car park. Will not use this service again.

I found the information provided poor and dealing with the phone operator very stressful both on departure and especially on arrival where the operator was in a very noisy environment and it was difficult to hear them. Left waiting around for the driver to turm up on departure (10 mins) and arrival (15 mins after 9 hour over night flight and hour to get through customs). the greet back on arrival was very unprofessional where I had to ask more than once to get my keys back from the arrogant and discourteous driver. Think he was expecting a tip for such a shoddy service. Well here is your tip, please treat customers with respect and professionalism by being punctual and providing clear and precise information over the phone! I would not use again and would not recommend.

This was the first time I have used a meet and greet service and was very impressed. Within minutes of us arriving at the airport, someone was there to collect our car and on our return was actually waiting for us. We paid an extra 24 for washing and valeting the car and when it returned it looked like new. Top service!

On arriving at the Airport our car was collected from us within 5 mins. However on our return i contacted the office to say we were ready and was told 10 mins outside Olympic building. After 30 mins i called again to be apologised to, then waited another 15 mins. The driver then told me is was my fault as I had given them the wrong flight number to track! How was that relevent when they said see you in 10 mins 45 mins earlier!!!!
