i will use meteor again , i called them on my return whilst picking up my luggage and my car was waiting for me when i came out of the terminal.

We only booked night before and had to drop off at 4AM. we followed their instructions and everything went like clockwork, phone answered on 3rd ring as we were on airport slipway. By time we had cases out of car the lad was there to take the car, give us a receipt and instructions for when we got back. On our return phoned as we cleared customs as requested and told where wait for our car and it was there within 5 mins. Car just as we had handed it over and milage just as expected. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

First time ive used these guys and it worked perfectly. Phoned 15 mins before arriving at the airport and the guy was there to meet me. Did similar as soon as i landed and within 10 mins the car was delivered back to me. I'd use them again and would recommend to anyone

We didn't book until the morning of our flight, and the computer system had not yet updated...and yet the guys were still happy to come out straight away and sorted all of the paperwork later. Only a 5 min wait on arrival, couldn't fault the service.

Service delivered as sold. Only waited 5 minutes at drop off and collection.

Good service without any hitch, they were slightly late around 15min when we were leaving in time when we came back.Recommended

I had to wait 50 minutes when i arrived in Manchester airport. )(I was told it would be 20 minutes) I then had to wait 30 minutes when i arrived back into Manchester (I was told it would be 10 minutes) Pretty poor to be frank.

As it was our first holiday with our baby we were told by a family member to book meet n greet for convenience . We are glad we booked it now.i was very pleased with the service as it took all the hassle out of airport parking or park n ride which we did in the past. We parked up in drop off bay, someone meet us there n took the car. We were straight in the airport no stress n waiting around for anyone. We were told to ring when through security on the way bk, couldn't find where the meeting point was but the airport info desk soon told us. We put baby straight in car seat n was soon on our way home. I would book this service again and have already told my family too.its a great service!! Car was in same condition as we left it too .

Wonderful service, no hassle as previously experienced in using park n ride services.

Very good but they don't answer the phone so it is hard to get your car picked up and retuned. Car also came back very dirty on the outside.

Have used other meet & greets but Meteor was by far the best,superb service will use again.

I tried to ring 10 minutes prior to our arrival at the airport but the line was engaged. I got through after a few minutes and was told to go to the departure area and wait. Unfortunately security would not allow us to wait and we had to drive around and around until the driver turned up. On arrival back to UK I telephoned as we cleared customs and then waited 20 minutes until the car was returned. We have used meet and greet many times at various airports but would not use Meteor again. The security man even stated 'Meteor are NEVER on time'

Got to the airport a little earlier than expected, waited only a few minutes, then the car was collected. On return we were late as our flight had been delayed 5 hours. Prompt and efficient return. Delighted with service. Have used many meet and greet services, and this was the best. Will definitely use again and recommend 100%

Did not have to wait long for car to be picked up at Airport very efficent driver very friendly On my return did not wait long and driver was very nice even put out suitcases in the car for us which with being 2 women was very nice Also price was very good cheaper then others when looking also no problems getting through to arrange my car to be picked up or when being returned No problems with my car Excellent service Excellent Staff would book again and advise anyone who is looking to book a car at Airport book Meteor Meet and Greet you will not be disappointed

The cost of meet and greet is comparative to park and ride car parks. Excellent option if time is scarce or you have senior passengers where walking even a short distance is an issue.

Exellent. Met on time and car delivered back on time. Staff very friendly and punctual.

This is the 1st time I've used a meet and greet service and really pleased we used meteor! They were punctual departing and arriving back and our car was as we left it! I will definitely use them again as it's so much easier
