Overall good but often experience problems exiting car park, several people held up this time and long time taken to answer call at barrier.

Costs about £20 more but it is undercover and a short walk to the lift and then check in desks. Saves a lot of time and smooth exit on the return.

Signposted very very badly. Ended up parked at the wrong car park, Even though it was posted to turn into this car park, and there's literally just a barrier n you get a token, so nothing suspicious there. on departure we were Informed we owed £144. Person I spoke to over the intercom was extremely rude but eventually let us leave with a warning of "make sure you actually look where your parking next time"Will not use this again. Use meet and greet much more simple and easy to use

Just took a token when I entered and put it in the barrier when I left. The camera must have automatically read my numberplate. Great.

If I get a good deal I always use the multi-storey because it is by far the best option but usually it is very expensive.

The only problem was that although we booked the long stay multi storey car park when we arrived the car park clearly stated it was a short stay car park. It was impossible to realise that the short stay car park was were we needed to be and at 5.00 a.m. and needing to check in. Driving round Manchester Airport wasn't much fun. Eventually we pulled up outside the "short stay" car park, pressed the buzzer and a lady informed us we were in the right place. From there on it was plain sailing. The instructions need to be more clear.

Some companies provide you with a code to access the car park, which I feel is better than using the help button and providing your code over the intercom.

Bit of a pain having to contact the barrier operator to access the car park. Liverpool have number plate recognition for less hassle.

Got into the car park no problem quoting our ref number. No problems got to the car easily after a 4 1/2 hour flight back from Tenerife (with a 1 year old & 3 year old). Tried to exit the car park pressing the buzzer. Quoted the ref number...was told they have no record...they asked how much we paid & asked for the last 4 numbers of my card...they said they still had no record & then switched the intercom off!! I buzzed again a different person picked up & after explaining what had just happened let us out!! All in all good apart from the 10 minute wait at the exit after a long flight while my babies were crying...

We arrived at the car park and just read the invoice number into the microphone, gate opened. Easy. Did the same on the way out. Will definitely use again

Booking was easy. Car park machine rejected my card on entry but the guard let us in as soon as we gave our reference number. Found a space OK but there were no lights in the lift as we went down to departures level. On returning we found the car, but we feel that the white Exit signs on the ground should be a bit clearer, especially where you actually turn to go down the ramp. However overall we would definitely use again for a short trip.

It didnt help the situation by not reading the instructions & taking a ticket upon entering T2. A quick call to the helpline & it was sorted. Upon leaving the terminal i contacted the barrier assistant,specified my booking number & exited the terminal.

Ease of access to the terminal both on arrival and departure is excellent, finding a space was not an issue, 100% undercover protected from the elements throughout, was on the motorway homeward bound within 5 minutes of collecting baggage. With a small child with us it was ideal.

This is the second time I have used the multi storey and so far everything has worked out very well. however I still do not understand why you are asked to put your card in the slot ( the one you paid with ) when all it does is spit it out again.So you end up pressing the help button and telling the man your booking reference, who then kindly opens the barrier ( both entering and leaving the car park ).Perhaps next time things will be different !?!?

Our credit card was not recognised on entry or exit but we were able to contact the staff by pressing a button and they let us in and out when we gave them the reference number. When we picked up the car the battery was flat and the RAC jump-started it although they were unable to get their van into the car park. Otherwise highly recommended.

had no problem and finding the car park was easy. The problem comes with the instructions for entering and leaving the car park. I was told to put my card ( which I booked the parking with ) in the slot to gain entrance and exit to the car park. It neither worked for entrance or exit. However, all you do is press the help button, tell the man your booking reference and he opens the barrier. So it works o.k. but please get your instructions right and ensure you have your booking ref. at hand so you can tell the man through the intercom at the barrier.

Momentary confusion on exit as the member of staff was a bit muddled but put us onto another member who sorted straight away and appologised for our wait. Would definately use again.

parked at T2 at Manchester airport for 7 days in multi storey across the road. Cost £50 for week. Drive in get ticket. On exit ring bell on exit post and quote number to guard. All worked well so happy and will use again.
