Staff very helpful on telephone after I realised I booked wrong dates. Very pleasant car parking attendant. A hassle-free experience.

Easy to find, easy to park, easy to get to the terminal, quick and easy to exit, all in all EASY, even though we flew jet2 !!!

From a previous review I had read on your site, I was aware that the signage was not clear - and this was most certainly the case. The signage reads "short term parking" and lists payable tariffs from 1 to about 4 days, but there is no information confirming that this is also the correct place for pre-paid parking and for periods longer than just a few days. Likewise, when you collect your ticket as you enter the car park, there are signs everywhere telling you to pay in the airport on your return from holiday, but there is no information displayed about what pre-payers should do. This is at odds with the email confirmation which I received from BCP which advises you to press the help button on the barrier as you exit and then give your booking reference number to the attendant. Put it all together and you'll convince yourself that you're in the wrong place and could spend valuable time trying to find the pre-paid multi storey. The signage really does need improving to reference pre-payers.

Very easy to get to and easy to transfer to both teminals 1 & 3. On your return it is good to be able to quickly get to your car and away from the airport.

We feel paying a lttle extra is worth the convenience of simply being able to walk across to arrivals and departures, and if booked well in advance you do get a good discount.

After having been let down on the last five trips we were thrilled to be able to both drop and pick the car up. Thank you.

Manchester Multi-storey short stay was superb for us, we arrived found a space easily and just went directly to departures via the lift. When we returned it was as easy again, we went via the lift loaded up and just pressed the help button as instructed. The only comment I will make is the parking attendants english was a little hard to understand which wasn't too good. Apart from that it was superb and we would use you again for airport parking at Manchester - no hesitation and recommend you to everyone - thanks for taking the hassle out of parking!

I had value for money parking, easy directions and map with all information included. The staff were very helpful, the layout was very organised. I recommend Manchester Multi-Storey for a stress free start to a holiday, with peace of mind that your car is in secure hands.
