Meet and Greet Terminals 1 and 3 reviews

This is a service which I will use again. It was easy to find staff were ready for me when I arrived. When we arrived back the staff had my keys ready, the car was easy to find and we were away within 10 mins.

the first time we have used this service,1 minute walk from terminus on a safe pavement. will certainly be using them again.

Location of office is so convenient for departure and arrival areas at airport - both are within 10 minutes walking distance from dropping off car and collecting again on return.

Delighted with the service even though I had misplaced the ticket given when I left my car, staff were helpful and courteous. Price was a lot cheaper than off airport parking and very much more convenient. Very happy

Very simple service. Just drive up to T3 short stay multistory and drop the keys. Only slight snag is that the instructions were out of date and i went, as directed, to T1 first. Now an office at T3. Very helpful staff soon put me right.

Went on a business trip, my colleague was really skeptical about the service, has he had never used this type of airport parking before and had to leave his company car keys (although I regularly use this service when I go on holiday). From start to finish a no hassle and professional service, my colleague was genuinely impressed and will have no hesitation of using this type of airport parking in the future.

Normally, we have booked with a park-and-ride company that is based about 15-20 minutes away. Meet and Greet turned out to be cheaper (surprisingly) and we dropped off the car right by the entrance to T1. Paperwork took 20 seconds. It was there on our return and we were driving home 3 minutes after leaving 'Arrivals' - much better than waiting for a courtesy bus, then a bus ride to the remote parking, especially after a long journey. Will definitely use again.

Very straight forward to book in on arrival and on return. The best car parking I've used at an airport and I will certainly use it again if it remains so competitively priced.

The only glitch is that I have used the sevice a number of times and each time there is no immediate record of my internet booking. The team have to find it and then all goes well. BTW it does not take long for them to find it.
