The only possible downside concerns Senior Citizens who, like myself have some difficulty with heavy suitcases. Having said this, the Drivers were more than willing to assist.

we found this parking easy to book and easy access peace of mind when abroad . Would use again and recommend to others.

I have been using this carpark for the last 4 years, winter and summer. Totally secure, on tarmac not gravel. Formally known as Shuttlepark. New eco friendly bus very impressive. Great value for money.

we use these car parks two or three times a year and have found them to be very good with the parking sytem were bye every driver finds there own spot to park and keep there own car keys so no one else can touch there cars. in a save and secure parking lot..

very secured, well laid out parking lot for travellers who want peace of mind. Easy to locate,reasonably priced. Shuttle bus runs very often, well maintained and not crowded. We will definitely used this parking site again if ever we are flying out from Manchester.

Easy to find, prompt bus transfer service to airport terminal,on return signed bus stops for pick up and return to car parks maximum waiting time 15 mins, will definitely use this service again.

very easy location to get to and straight foward in getting in and parked up. road surface smooth and nice and friendly bus driver who picked us up and took us to airport no hesitation in using them again..

No record of my booking when I arrived at the car park, I'd printed my booking confirmation and once I'd shown this to the security guard I was let in, I had to do the same to get back out, I'd still use again though.

Our only complaint is that the postcode given doesn't match the location of the car park. We also had an issue with which number bus to take to get back since the name of the car park had changed. It would have been better if this was clear at bus stops in the car park itself. The staff at the office were helpful. Although we did have an issue with our online code not being recognised at the gate the staff were friendly and efficient. We would definitely use jet parks plus again.

I booked for "Shuttle Parks" but the name changed between booking and my arrival at the car park, and I had not been informed. I therefore struggled to fine the car park initially as none of the new signage showed the old name as well. It would have helped to have been informed of the name change and for there to be temporary signs saying that JetParks Plus was previously Shuttle Park.

Post code took my sat nav right there, hopped to airport. No problems.

Second time of using Jet Parks, we found the instructions and facilities straight forward. All Positive cant think of anything negative. Thankyou

I had to ask at the gate house how to gain entry to the car park. It would be helpful if you printed on the confirmation that to raise the barrier for access is by using the credit /debit card used for making your booking.

On arrival at the Shuttle Park there was a sign on the gate saying it was full and to use Jet Park 3 car park which is next door. We used this car park and quoted our Shuttle Park ref and everything was fine loads of space a bus just a few mins later and same on the return will definitely use again

bus stop was very close to terminal with minimal walking with cases. Driver was friendly and patient. In and out in no time. Less hassle as didn't have to call to be picked up.

Simply gave our reference number on arrival. Plenty of parking spaces. Straight on to a shuttle bus. On our return straight out of airport exit and on to a bus. We were the only passengers and the friendly driver took us straight to our bus stop in the car park. The cost of a taxi to the airport would have been over £100; we paid £35 to park plus the cost of the diesel - a good saving I would say. Will use your service again.

I chose this car park based on the price - less than a taxi one way! Booking easy - arrival procedure well explained. Transfer bus was there on arrival, so no waiting, but had to wait a while on return - that's just luck. Waiting a slight inconvenience (only 15 mins) but well worth it for the fantastic value

I choose this car park for it's location and it was £1 more than a similar park, take my advice spent that extra pound! fully tarmac park, very well lit & signposted, approx 8 mins from terminal 2. Excellent staff & very friendly respectful drivers (not boy racers)even at 1.30 in the morning. A pleasant experience for me & my Wife. Thank you Keep up the hard work.
