Excellent directions, good pick up points, friendly and helpful busdrivers, we were 10 minutes each way with no waiting around for buses. Best we have ever had, its shuttle park everytime for us now --- NOT FORGETTING THE SUPER LOW COST --- cannot fault.

Car parking facilities were excellent, paved parking area and efficient transfer to and from the airport. There were however difficulties entering and exiting the car park. The car park would not accept my card on entry and exit and the staff were not entirely customer friendly.

I found the shuttle park easy to find & very close to the a airport.The bus service to the airport & back very good & quick.Also the price was excelent

Very good value. Frequent buses and plenty of bus stops in the car park, so no need to carry all the luggage to far.

Very efficient and very vary cheap. Staff helpful and pleasant. Will definately use again.

I would use this parking again as the instructions to get there were spot on and made it easy to find and the transfers were also efficient and reliable. We did not have to wait long for the bus when we came out of the airport.

5th time site used. There was assistance provided to help with luggage on the bus this trip. Very useful for the elderly and families with young children.Very quick transfer to terminal and on return.

Once I found the right entrance to the car park ( there are several along that road ) I was ok

I couldn't have asked for much more. Paid just 12 pounds to leave my car there all weekend. Much much cheaper than getting a taxi! I had a very short walk to the pick-up point (but only because I parked in a spot further away!). The transfer bus then appeared straight away and it dropped me off right outside the terminal. When I had returned from my trip it was very simple to find the pick-up point at the terminal. The transfer bus was already there so I jumped on and was back at my car 10-15 minutes later.

Nothing more to say other than I will use this service again and will certainly recommend it to family and friends. As I'm looking to travel far more over the next few years particularly with work it is good to have peace of mind with the whole thing.

We had to give the reference to get into the car park, as do most people, so I would just go prepared with the reference handy. The car park was quite full when we arrived so we had to squeeze into a tiny space, but the bus came quickly both for arrival and departure and it takes less than 10 minutes to the terminal. Seemed good value for money and a very easy experience: would use it again.

The service was quite adequate and reasonably priced. Parking spaces were quite hard to find and some inconsiderate drivers were parking in walkways and in exit roads. Unfortunately when we returned from Tenerife the temp was -2 and our car was frozen up, had we payed more for another carpark then this would have been avoided but we knew what we were paying for and were quite happy with the service.

It is a good and reliable service provision. The costs, however for 10 days plus become increasingly uncompetitive and these longer term charges should, I feel, be critically re-assessed.

Great car park. Walked straight out of the terminal and a bus came around the corner. Will usa again. Best car parking we have used at Manchester Airport.

Good service but pick up buses not running arround car park to pick up travelers due to overfull car park

I found the shuttle park very good.Its close to the airport and drivers are very polite,helpful and above all safe drivers.We had no difficulty and instead of using the credit card we just gave the reception our booking reference number. I always take a note of the car parking bay and parking zone so on our return its easy to find your car. We did find the park full on our arrival and some cars were being redirected to the main terminal car parks and whilst this may have been fine for some I could see it being a source of added anxiety just prior to flying off on holidays.I was lucky and managed to get one of the last remaining places.Hope this helps.E.J

we have used shuttle park a few times now and each time our car was just as we left it and we will use it again in the future

Only problem is the sat nav goes to a slightly different area when given the post code. Otherwise very efficient and trouble free.
