The staff were very helpful at the shuttle park, I missed my flight and rang up to inform them they were very helpful. When I did eventually return there was no extra charge and the staff were very polite. Thank you very much and I will definitely be using the services again. :-)

An easy to find car park was followed by a prompt bus transfer to the airport. On the return journey the same was true. Overall an easy, hassle free experience that was also competitive on price.

Parking facilities great but bus driver pulled off just as we reached the back of his bus so had to wait in a howling wind for the next one. Driver dropped off a passenger who had come to the wrong car park - instead of taking him back to the Terminal and pointing him in the right direction for the correct bus he left him at the car park. Drivers need a bit more customer service training and to learn how to smile.

found a parking space quite easily and the transfer to the airport was excellent. overall i cant fault the service

we have used the shuttle park before.and its very good value for money

the bus arrived at the car park a minute after I arrived and waited for me and I only had to wait 5 mins for the bus when I returned from my holiday. I will use Shuttle Park again and recomend it.

There were no hiccups or long delays with the shuffles despite arriving back at Man airport in the early hours of the morning due to a flight delay. The staff member at the barrier/ the shutttle driver were helpful and friendly and it felt safe leaving our vehicle on site.

very close to the airport with an excellent bus service from car park to airport. I found the whole process from booking online to leaving the car park after a 5 day stay hassle free. I would defiantly use this service again when travelling abroad from Manchester airport. Very very good value for money.

Shuttle bus arrived at same time as us on departure, waited while we unloaded car. Coming back we waited only about 20 mins for the bus. Did not originally understand the procedure to lift the barrier to enter the carpark but on pressing the help button the attendant explained what to do. The only criticism we would have is better instructions by the entry/exit. Otherwise very satisfied and will use again.

Everthing about he experience was very good . Plan to use it several time a year

I have used this car park before and will be using it again. The only misunderstanding was, when booking via FHR they say press the buzzer on arrival but the car park attendant said that this was incorrect. When booked through other agencies this is not the system. Still a value for money car park at Manchester Airport.

Will use the facility again,quick transfer every 15mins staff pleasant,even during busy times would not hesitate to recommened to family/friends also easy route to all motorways.

An excellent service which I now use every time I go on holiday. Longest I've ever had to wait for the transfer bus is 5 minutes and it is all so very straight forward and hassle-free.

I had no problems with the car park. The staff were efficient and friendly. There was easy and quick transfer service to the airport which is very close to the car park. I would recommend it to other customers.

Inadvertently left window of car wide open. Car and contents were undisturbed on our treturn.

Shuttle park manchester was worth the money, it was cheap, reliable and close the airport, there were a lot of car parking spaces and a variety of bus shelter ready for the transfer buses, this ment you didnt have to drag your luggage around. as soon as we got off the plane a shuttle bus pulled up ready to take us back. good security, as you needed the card you paid on to enter. i would use again and recommend to others, ENJOY !!!!

Good value. Was unable to answer customer service as I didn't see or speak to anyone except bus drivers. They were pleasant enough.

Quick and easy to use on entry and same on exit even though my return flight was delayed. One possible improvement would be to allocate a specific parking slot when booked, as they are are all easily identified in rows? Would certainly use everytime I fly from Manchester
