Arrival Procedure
Pull forward into one of the arrivals lanes and note your lane number. Remove all of your belongings and luggage, lock your car and report to reception. Present your printed email confirmation (or quote your booking reference number), then hand in your car key to be tagged. You will then need to place your tagged key into the red key box and proceed to the bus stop. Your vehicle will be checked by car park staff, and timed digital photographs will be taken of any damage.
Departure Procedure
Upon your return, simply wait where you were dropped off and the car park's shuttle service will transfer you back to the car park.
Transfers
Transfers are available every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You are delivered direct to Terminal 3 or to the terminal interchange, from where the covered skyways give access to Terminals 1 and 2.

All things considered I would use Airparks Gold again. The biggest attraction was the insurance cover that they offer whilst the car is in their possession.
I use this car park 3 times per year, and each time the system is different. Keeps me on my toes though, and you are obviously always trying to improve.
The overall service was good, however the surface was muddy without very good drainage. its not very nice carrying your case through the puddles to get to and from your car. I used them 2 years ago and the dropoff was better then. this time they dropped anyone for T1/T2 at the train station rather than the terminal so there was a long walk to the terminal. Having said that I would use them again as they are very close to the airport.
We have used this car park before, but it was under different ownership. We arrived at the site and had to queue to get into the car park as there was only one person taking admissions. We parked the car and were lucky enough to get straight onto a bus although other people said they'd been waiting 45mins. The bus dropped everyone off at a terminal interchange - we had to lug our cases quite some distance to terminal 2. On our return we then had to lug our cases back to the terminal interchange following a 7 hour long haul flight. We wouldn't have used this service if we had realised what was involved - we expected to have the hassle taken out of our trip by being dropped off and collected from our particular terminal. Never again !!
Excellent location, easy to find and park. Receptionist a bit grumpy but efficient. Transfer arrangements good and quick. Buses clean and spacious and easy to locate at the airport. Overall a good service with value for money.
Wait was 35 minutes at the airport for the bus to the car park, may have just been unlucky as apart from that the service, directions, proximity and value for money were all good.
the whole experience was very good. I was surprised when I had to park my car myself and take the keys with me - I have used different airparks sites many times but always left my keys with you.
Staff very helpful(even at5-45 in a morning0 plesant polite well done would use this car park again.
When I arrived I expected to go into reception to leave the car keys after parking. I prefer the old system which has been revived. The parking lot are puddley. The bus driver helpful. No complaints. W. Smith
The car park is close the airport, parking the car was an asy easy experience. Waited approximately 20 minutes for pick-up from airport on return. Not bad, but other competitors had a more frequent service.
The desk service was quick and efficient and the bus was on site. On return the wait was quite short. If that happens each time I would be happy to use the service again.
I wasn't sure about a car park that wasn't directly in the airport, but it really didn't add much to the time needed and was good value for money. We would use Airparks Gold again.
No complaints with the service it was quick and easy. This, added this to the short transfer times (about 5 minutes)is why I'd use them again.
We had to wait a little on our return, however the car was then handy so we were on our way a few minutes after getting off the coach.
Everything has changed since last used QPark was a bit unsure about chaps walking round with great sets of keys. However service was good as usual and i actually prefer a regular bus service rather than having to ring for the bus to come. Wouldn't hesitate to use again

In all the years of travelling from Manchester Airport, Airparks Gold is the most reasonably priced, efficient and staffed with polite people. We will certainly recommend you and use you in any future trips.
used this place twice now and would continue to do so staff very freindly taken to terminals asap only down side is drop off point is a long walk to check in points.
On our return at 2 am we were told they didn't know where our car was and they had lost the keys! almost an hour later the keys were found and the car was located, this is not what we wanted after a long flight and with two very tired children, it was our first time using airparks goild and we would not use them again. Other people were also experiencing the same problems as ourselves that night/morning this clearly was not a one off!
Hi The parking was great. However, when we returned back to the airport we was waiting quite a while for the bus. I would use this service again, but may use the meet and greet service.

We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
- From all directions: Leave M56 at junction 5 (airport spur) and take left hand lane signposted for terminal 2
- At the end of the slip road take the first exit off the roundabout and then first left into Thorley Lane (approx. 25-30 yards)
- Airparks reception is approx. 300 yards on the left hand side
