Arrival Procedure
Report to the Airparks reception and present your booking voucher. Your vehicle will be parked for you while you are transferred to your Manchester airport terminal. Please allow 1 hour for car park check-in and transfer.
Departure Procedure
Full details of the return procedure will be given on your arrival at the car park. If you choose the Airparks EXPRESS service there is no need for a transfer, as your car will be brought to you at the terminal upon your return.

Transfers run on demand between midnight and 5am, otherwise every 20 minutes.

Directions to Airparks Manchester
We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
- From M60 - exit at Junction 8 onto the A6144(M) to Carrington.
- At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn left into Isherwood road.
- Manchester Ringway is 700 yards on the right.
- From M61 and M62 - follow signs to South Manchester and Stockport.
- This becomes the M60 (follow directions from M60 above).
- From Buxton - Follow A6 to Stockport.
- At the centre of Stockport follow signs for Manchester Airport joining M60 (follow directions from M60 above).
- From M6 - Join the M56 to Manchester
- Follow M56 and join M60 following signs to Leeds and Preston
- From A57 or A628 - Joining M67 at Junction 1.
- Turn left onto M66 to Stockport.
- M66 becomes M60 (follow directions from M60 above).

it was 4.0am but waiting 35 mins for transfer after a 4hr flight delay was abit much .
Convenient location, staff friendly, transfer punctual - good value for money.
Our return flight was delayed and arrived at 1am. We were unable to contact them as the only telephone numbers we had been given were recorded messages. We had to wait 45 minutes before a transfer bus arrived, this meant we were unable to pick up our car until 2.40am.
Booking was easy on the web site, the directions given were good, staff were friendly and the system easy to use. transfer to and from the airport was prompt and comfortable. The only place you could improve the service would be a better parking surface. Many Thanks
The drivers were very courteous and helpful, the check in staff were a bit off-hand. We found our car had been left unlocked when we returned so were a bit concerned about that. The parking we were recommended to use for terminal 3 was the Carrington site but it was a lot further from our home, which is to the south of Manchester. It meant we had to drive quite far past the airport and back again so we would not use that site again.

On arrival at the car park we were shown where to leave our car. This was very close to the bus stop and office as it was pouring with rain.... no one wants to go on holiday looking like a drowned rat! We booked our car in, we were in a very short queue but there was plenty of staff dealing with everyone. There was a bus waiting and we were off to the airport. The journey was quick.. the only down side was we had a very long walk to terminal 2 as the driver informed us that this was our stop. On return we were told to be at the same stop.. again a longwalk but a bus was waiting and our car was returned again close to the office ...as it was raining! The car was safe and secure....just the peace of mind you need to enjoy your hols.
Hassle free from the minute i dropped of my car to the minute i picked the car up again. I will definetly use this company/ car park again.
we were very impressed how fast we was able to check our car in and we got to the airport in fast time aswell.we have two young sons and we were worried it might take a long time to get sorted out but from start to finish we were at the terminal in 10 minutes.
We booked this car park in Aug 2007 via internet.Voucher printed gave directions.I changed car details one week prior to travel and was sent an e:mail to this effect.On both correspondence car park directions are the same. It was lucky that someone was on the old car park to inform us of the new address, we were told the car park was closed in Sept 2007. This was not the service I expected.Someone from your organisation should be informing clients of new address.Petrol is expensive enough without being sent miles from were we should have been.
I had never used airport parking before. I was travelling alone so was a little dubious especially as I had a 3-30 am departure.I had no need to be.The service I received was excellent all round..from online booking right up until collecting my car after my holiday.I cannot fault APH.Their service is second to none.I will definately use them again.EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!
We had to walk from the reception to our car when we collected it after our holiday and the surface was very uneaven and muddy. Not very well lit so our cases and shoes got dirty. It would have been better if the car had been brought to a dry area as they do in other car parks.
Not an easy location to find if you don't know Manchester and the motorway layout. Also not very convenient if you are coming from the South / Midlands. However appeared secure, well run, transfer was quick and efficient and certainly proved value for money.
this isn"t really a complaint but not having a sat nav,the right turn off the main rd in altrincham is easy to miss in the dark and rain.Also a mini bus was waiting to go to the airport and one was waiting on our return.I think this was down to luck more than anything,especially on the return one,from other comments i have read.But hey no complaints from my experience.
Really felt the park was good value and easy to find. This was the first time I'd used this type facility so wasn't sure of procedure. I got completely confused and incorrectly parked the car myself. The fact it was in the early hours and had just driven from Leeds didn't help. Perhaps clearer information on the parking arrangements would be beneficial. Otherwise a good experience. Thank you.
the plane landed on time....a number of passengers telephoned the ringway office after the luggage was received...we then waited a full 50 mins for the transfer vehicle to arrive ...this was at midnight so there was heavy traffic to cause a holdup....I will not be using Ringway parking services again.
if you have a problem like i experianced at the airport (non readable passport)you need to be able to get your back quickly in order to obtain another passport, with ringwood it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for them. i would certainly recommened them to others.
Certainly value for money, the car is kept safe and staff are polite. Transfer to terminal was fine, however waited a long time for return transfer, phoning twice to be told both times "the coach would be there in 20 mins". It seems that this company has one transfer coach so if you have just missed the coach you have to wait 20 mins for it to arrive back at the car park, for them to wait 10 mins before another 20minute ride back to the airport. Several other companies had 3 or even 4 coaches come and go in the time we waited for one!for the sake of 10 pounds it's just easier to park on the airport site as the last thing you want after delays at the airport and a long flight is to be waiting for a coach!
Superb service. Whilst in America on our holiday I realised we had made a mistake with the booking and we were not arriving back until the day after we had said so I rang the number given and everything was sorted out effortlesly and efficiently. Thank you
I cannot praise your staff enough for the friendly and very efficient service they provided. The transport bus was regular and very clean, providing an excelent service between the park and the terminal. Clearly a very safe place to keep my car and i will not hesitate to use this facility again. Highly recommended, i cannot critisise anything.
