When we booked last year, this car park offered the best price for our week this August. Although it's 10 mins away from Gatwick, this was not a problem, there were clean toilets in the office area when you handed in your car key the bus whizzed us there quickly and collected us with the car ready and waiting. We would recommend this car park and would use it again.

The whole experience from checking in the car, transport to the airport and back and getting our car back was excellent. The security at the car park looked good plenty of cameras around/barriers etc. Would use APH again.

Frustrating to be served by an employee under training , struggling to master systems, when one has a flight to catch

Very useful, particularly as our flight was diverted to the South Terminal rather than the North, one call and the car was brought to the correct terminal.

APH gave us clear instructions and the reception staff were friendly and informative. The bus transfers were easy and we were impressed with the helpfulness of the driver, in helping us to carry our suitcases on and off the buses. I used meet & greet before but this time we used APH park & ride, saved loads £££ and didn't have to wait long for transfers, car was ready and waiting when we got back after weeks holiday. also secure parking will always use APH when travelling from Gatwick.

I have used APH several times now, They have always been friendly helpful whatever the hour, Coaches are waiting for you, and on your return they quickly pick you up.

Instructions for finding APH were sound. Service was speedy and efficient, both before and after my trip.

Put a test £1 coin and change on show when returned surprise surprise it was gone! Had to wait for them to find where they had put my car as they lost it, bus driver very happy and helpful but will not be using again.

Very helpful and cheerful bus driver during transfers After 3 hours driver came to park my car and shocked by a miserable old receptionist lady (day time) and unhelpful. Wanted to change booking to meet and greet for return and she couldn't be bothered to even check saying is fully booked... Night time young pleasant reception team just what you need coming home from a long trip. Doesn't cost the earth to smile smile old lady...or retire early I sent an email to enquire if I could change my booking on return to meet and greet and did not receive any reply...till now. A bit strange from a big firm ...

Fast and efficient service. The distance from the airport means it adds some time to drive to APH, and the transfer times to/from the airport terminal.

This was only the second time we had used APH Gatwick, and because the first time experience was well organised, secure & prompt, we had no hesitation to trust our faithfull steed to APH Gatwick again.

It is convenient and close to the airport. We'll run and transfers were quick and easy.

little further away than most but easy book in clean bus on collection bus was there waiting dropped off took 3 minutes and we were off in our car.
