Very helpful driver, everything was as they said and the pick up after arriving back was good, again very helpful driver and staff at the counter.

I travelled ith my bike in a bike bag which fitted esily into the luggage bay on the new-style bus. Beware if you have a tall bike bag and check carrying dimensions with APH before booking otherwise your bike might not be carried.

I have used APH parking for a number of years now, and am pleased to say that all aspects of the service have continued to improve and develop over this time. The staff on the buses in particular deserve a particular mention for their helpfulness, politeness and professionalism. After a long journey by car or by plane their approach does make a difference.

The site is very easy to find in a well light area. Parking one's vehicle is literally outside the door of reception. The reception area is spacious and airy. The driver has always been friendly and very helpful. He has a good sense of humour and is a very good driver. Getting the coach to and from the airport, is very easy and under roof cover - no need to stand or walk in the rain! Once tried, always a customer!! Well done!

Went with APH as was the cheapest and so was concerned the transfers were going to be lengthy/delayed but was impressed with how smoothly it all went

There is easy access from all major roads near Gatwick. The administration is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Transfers are regular and fast. The best value company I came across. Phil Sanders

Happy with everything except the delay in the wet last Friday evening when the coach had to take an absolute age queueing to get off the M23

Reception convenient, easy and well organised. No delay whatsoever with bus - it appeared to be waiting for us. Driver very helpful in loading of cases on to bus. On return, followed instructions given and again bus arrived at stop as we did.Our car waiting conveniently close to reception. No problems at all. A very good service indeed.

Transit to Gatwick was very quick with hardly any delay, transit back to APH took a little longer as we had to wait at the airport for about 15 minutes or so for the bus to arrive. Overall very good service.

great to have exact directions to car park that were spot on. And good to always have phone contact with the park. I misunderstood what to do on arrival and parked myself so had to unpark so perhaps those instructions could be clearer at booking or on arrival. I will know next time.

It was very easy to find and very pleasant to deal with the stuff. They care not just about your car but also about your luggage during the transfers. Thanks a lot and will use this company again.

This is an excellent, and very reasonably priced, long stay car park for Gatwick. We've used it now several times and are always impressed by the efficiency and good humour of the staff. That's why we will always use them in the future.
