First time I have used APH,I believe you could improve your directions to the car park from the M23'by mentioning the Petrol Garage.?

Excellent value for money. Frequent transfers directly to the terminals made the fact that it is offsite a moot point, and a very efficient friendly service. Very secure, I would 100% use again.

We have used this service several times, and it has always worked well. It may be a few miles from the terminals, but as the transfers are so frequent, time from car to terminal is not long.

Good service and good value for money however my car was returned full of grass cutting in the front and back for some reason .

Quick and easy arrival and transfer to the airport but we waited 45mins for a return transfer among a group of 4 other customers all of whom had also been waiting for their return transfer from the north terminal for more than 30mins.

Everything was as expected. Professional and Courteous. Even received a voucher for 3p off per litre at the local petrol station up checking out. Will definitely rebook with them next time

Found APH site very easily,very good service and will defiantly use again for airport parking.

This is the first time I have used APH but I would definitely recommend them. Although it is off-site parking because you leave and pick up your car at the bus stop it is addressed good as valet parking but without the stress of having to wait in a loading only zone.

When people are going abroad both going and returning they need punctual, polite service which is what APH deliver on a regular basis, very pleased overall with all aspects of the booking, checking in, transfer and pick up. Martin Cockerell

All of the staff we met were very courteous, friendly and helpful, from the driver who greeted us with cheerfully and even smiled ( a rare event amongst transfer drivers in my experience! ) to the lady who pointed out that there's a weighing machine for luggage just the bus was being boarded ( this reduced worry/stress before we had even reached the airport ). All in all a very stress-free, efficient & value-for-money experience. We'll be using you again. Thanks to all your staff.

The car park was very easy to find. The check-in was quick and efficient and I appreciated the loos! Very speedy to South Terminal. Coming back was just as easy with practicality no wait for the shuttle bus. Just as efficient to get my car returned and be on my way.

Good car parking service with very good customer services and transfers. The only thing is it is slightly further away from the airport compared to other car parks.

Very polite service inside and out!!!! Easy to find. Defo will use you again and tell friends thanks for all your help even when the car decided not to start after getting on the bus.

The whole process was quick and simple. From booking on the internet, dropping off the car and picking it up, each was a smooth transition. I will be using APH again.

We weren't sure what to expect as we hadn't used them before however booked last minute, the price was very competitive and the service provided more than exceeded our expectations, the coach drivers were ultra friendly, carried our bags and gave us information about where to go/meet on the way back. We called when landed and were answered immediately and efficiently. Our car was waiting for us when we got back and it was a quick changeover . Would definitely use again. flawless!

It is an easy process to leave your car with APH and not worry about anything. Comparing this to other par parks it offers the best value for money. The coach to and from the airport is always efficient and on time with excellent staff. The trasition when you arrive is very smooth and you do not have to spend long organising your parking. I would recommend this to my friends.

I didn't know what to expect as APH were the cheapest parking co on offer for my flight. Chuffed to say I will look no further for future flights. They were efficient, cheerful(a must at 03:30!) & reliable throughout. Will be recommending to all.
