The only thing we found, when we rang and said we were 10 mins away, because it was difficult to hear instructions due to road noise as to where to go, we spent time finding the way , I think we should have been given better instructions beforehand, have used Meet and Greet many times and they all seem to have different location pick ups, but overall the service was very good!

I found the service very good. When we were due to drop the car we were running late due to traffic. I called the number to let them know and this wasn't a problem. Very accommodating. As well as returning we called when we were I the arrivals hall and when we got through the car was there. Very good service and would defo use again. Many thanks EPC

Was disappointed with a sarcastic tone from the operator when we rang to announce are pending arrival at the airport because we were early. Also the pick-up and collection points for the car were different than that stated on the website and we were expected to pay for the car park exit when we collected the car. This was also not stated on the website although after we complained the driver went and paid for the exit ticket.

Instructions to call while waiting for luggage should be amended to "call when you have your luggage and then wait for your car". The car is not delivered at the terminal but in a short term car park which you are then told you have to pay to get out of!!!!!!!!! in addition to the fee already paid. I will not be using EPG again.

Very happy with the service. Driver was a little late on returning the car, but nothing to complain about. Would use again. Thank you.

When I dropped the car off a member of staff was WAITING AND UPON MY return i only waited about 5 mins for the car to arrive which was very good as I only had hand luggage and it was an internal UK flight

We were met at the airport on time. The car was brought to the airport on time. Excellent service and well worth the money.

First time Ive used this company and they were great, got detailed instructions as to where to go and driver was waiting for us. Quick and easy hand over. On return from our holiday the car was with us within 5 minutes of arriving at the meeting point, friendly staff who took care of everything for us and made getting out of Gatwick easy. Would definitely use again.

Email reminder received 2 days prior to my travel. Agent turned up on time to collect the vehicle. Very warm dealings. Car was delivered on time on return. Even the car park ticket was validated by GoSimply!!

Called from baggage reclaim and was told to call back when baggage retrieved which is pointless. Only 2 lines available so could not get through for ages and ended up waiting 20 minutes for car to arrive. One call on arrival at baggage reclaim should suffice, enabling driver to get out of the compound and be at the airport ready to hand the car over - the extra few minutes they ask for is presumably to save the drivers from waiting instead the client has to do so - Wrong way around - client comes first.

Staff called me on my way to airport to check arrival time. Were ready and waiting in the orange car park. On my return passport control was the worst ever so I was an hour late but staff still courteous and car was waiting for me. Would definately recommend as I have used other meet and greet and waited every time

Fab service. No waiting around on drop off or pick up. They were there in minutes! The man that bought the car back even warned us of night closures on M6. Will definitely use again & highly recommend!

The office were really helpful, even when I had amended my time of arrival on the outward flight by an hour about a week beforehand and they had not been informed. Both drivers who collected and delivered my cars were extremely friendly and helpful. The delivery driver also helped when he saw I was in trouble with payment at the exit barrier and this was at 01.00 hours after my flight had been delayed already by an hour.

Would most definately recommend EPG Meet and Greet Gatwick to anyone. Efficient and value for money car parking :)

We have used EPG a few times now and have found them just excellent. The driver was on time both ways, we didn't have to wait at all which is what you want before and after a holiday. Everything went really smoothly and well. Would highly recommend.
