Having my disabled mother with me it would have been easier if we could have met out side the terminal as opposed to top of car park

Will be using again in a 6 weeks time when we head off to Gran Canaria. So easy and stress free!

I will use EPG again,using the car park to drop off the car and collect the car works really well

It was alright but I do not think I would use this service again. We telephoned as we were about to enter the M23. We had trouble getting through on the telephone. You ring a number it tells you to ring another , you ring that one which tells you to ring the other one. When we got through was told to ring again when on the M23 which was only about 2 minutes away. Then struggled to get through again. By the time we got through we were virtually at Gatwick so of course had to wait for the very polite driver to arrive. On the return I told a white lie. I called as we walked got off the airplane. Again problems getting through. When I did he asked if we had collected our luggage which we hadn't then. I said we had so I did not have to call back. Then a very nice driver met us. I asked if he had been waiting long and he said he had only just that minute arrived. So we would have been waiting if i had called when we had our luggage. Nice people, need to sort the phone contact out.

Dropping off the car was immediate. The car was ready for pick-up about 5 mins after we arrived at the pick-up point, in spite of the plane being 1 1/2 h late & the luggage taking 1 h to arrive on the carousel.

EPG meet and greet at Gatwick ran very smoothly. The location for handover was easy to find, and only a short distance from the terminal. The staff were punctual, with good communication. Service was value for money too. Would recommend and will certainly use again.

Everything was as expected, pleasant and prompt service, so it made the holiday travel less stressful.

It was the first time using this type of parking and I was a little nervous. I needn't have been, they were on time, very friendly and informative on the phone and it was so much better than parking off site and getting a shuttle bus in. I always feel I'm home when I get into my own car from the airport, so even a taxi is something in the past now. Would definitely use again.

A great service, the driver was waiting at both the pickup and drop off!!

Even though it took me an hour to get my luggage, there was no problem with the delivery of my car.

Departure & Arrival rendezvous were both punctual, and staff were courteous and helpful.

I called 15mins before arriving at the airport and was told where to meet the driver when I got there we were met by a very polite driver and after a look around the car he was off and we were on our way to the checkout. The same can be said on our return we called after picking up our luggage and met the driver in the same place where we had left the car, yet again very polite and efficient. Will be definitely using this service again. well done EPG

Had the car valeted prior 24 hrs prior to going away. Upon our return, the car was dirty on the outside, even though it was stored "undercover". Driver put it down as dusty breeze!

A first class service. Collection under cover, so no hassle and being moved on from the drop zone! Delivery.. met as the lift doors opened and keys returned, parking fee paid and exited the car park in minutes. Very polite staff. Will be using next week and in the future.

Really important you note damage to cars on receipt of them other wise you may be subject to spurious claims if you have no evidence to the contrary Great service thank you

Very good service were there to take car with in 5 mins and the same picking car up a lot easier than parking at the airport and getting on the coach. Thank you for a smooth service

dropped car off at departures, ideal with young child with buggy etc and cases, no waiting for a bus and cheaper than the fringe car parks too!!

Really efficient service. Drop off and pick up were both as advertised. Courteous staff. Traveling with children is never easy but this made coming to and leaving the airport so easy. Highly recommended.
