Best car parking service that I have used. So much easier and quicker than waiting for a bus. If you have kids I would recommend you use this service.

I was most impressed with CPS staff and the charming way in which they collected and delivered in some appalling weather conditions. I will definitely use CPS again, having used Maple Manor before to find CPS's service much better and very much more personal. Well done.

Leaving early in the morning with a one year child, it was great to be able to drive up to departures, unload the car and go straight in - no hassle with parking away from the airport, taking the bus etc. Also very good service on the return journey, with the car being brought to arrivals 5 minutes after we called, having collected our luggage. Will certainly use the service again.

Will use valet parking and CPS on all my future short breaks from the airport. Easier and quicker than using off site parking, making it well worth the small extra cost. On a weekend break, half the price of taxi both ways and far more convenient.

I arrived at the airport earlier than booked, but it was not a problem. Was waiting for me. Met by a very nice chap, went through the formalities, All done within 5 minutes. For departure, arrived back late, Again was not a problem. Another nice chap arrived within the minute of me walking out the doors to departures. I also arranged for my car to be valeted. Car was Spotless and smelled nice, Good value fo money. Would use again. Would also recommend to family and friends. Excellent 5 star rating.

I was on my own so I did not fancy navigating to a car park, all I had to do was get to the airport. Coming off the flight was great: about 5 minutes from collecting my luggage I was in my nice warm car.

CPS Parking's service was second to none. I had left my mobile phone in car after advising them of our nearing Gatwick. They returned with car within minutes of my calling them after checking in and I recovered my phone, which I need for business. They were there on arrival, so what more can I say other than rest assured we we will use their services in future trips abroad.

We arrived back in the early hours of the morning and had been concerned how long we might need to wait - we need not have worried, as the car was there as we walked out of the terminal.

I have used other services before and without exception they have been rude, inefficient and late. I am so pleased to have finally found a company who were none of the above and I will definitely both use them again and recommend them to my friends.

We had a five hour delay coming back to the UK, one phone call and all was fixed, came straight out and car was there, outstanding service, would recommend and use every time from now on.

I found the service very easy and fast when delivering car. On my return again I found CPS to be punctual and friendly, helping de-stress me from baggage claim and passport control. This was enhanced by seeing the queues of people waiting for the bus while I slipped into my car and drove away.

Excellent service - the chauffeur was waiting with a luggage trolley when we arrived, and the car was ready at the pick-up point on our return despite being over half-an-hour early. Admin staff and chauffeurs were all polite and helpful. Well worth the slightly higher cost than the usual courtesy bus carparks - all the hassle removed. It's also very reassuring that the description of the service on your site lays some emphasis on the fact that everything is properly insured and secured - others don't seem so concerned about these important factors. The only difficulty - until you sent your email asking for feedback - was finding out how to send feedback to you!

valet parking is a huge plus for a stress free start and end to a holiday. personally i hate leaving a warm car usually in the early morning to carry cases onto a bus and off again.This was so easy-I even left my winter boots and coat in the car as we jumped out at the terminal.Staff were reliable and pleasant.Would do again.

The service offered by CPS was very good - it makes the process of travelling with children so much easier and removes one of the niggles about going on holiday. Even arriving at Gatwick at 3.30am, the CPS representative was waiting for us, checked the car quickly and even helped us with the luggage. On return, we only had to wait 5 minutes or so, which was fantastic given the huge traffic problems surrounding the airport when we got back. Highly recommended - a hassle free option and very little more than we would have had to pay for a parking only service.

We use this type of service every time we go abroad. It is so easy to drop the car off and a joy to have it waiting when we return so that we can head home straight away. Dropping off and picking up the car was done very efficiently and we experienced no delays. I would use this company again.

we originally booked for 03:30 in the morning but some friends travelling with us wanted to make sure we made the flight (loads of time) and we actually arrived at 02:30. We phoned CPS and they were there ready to meet us, although we were 1 hour early. When we arrived back, we phoned when we got the bags, and by the time we had got out of the terminal, he was there waiting for us with our car. How good is that !

this service is wonderful it is the second time we have used it as a fanily no hassle at the airport terminal just hand your keys to a friendly driver and get on your flight the value for money is great you would be parking your car anyway why not for a few extra pounds let someone take the worry away. and on your return a quick call and your car is back at the arrivals for you to drive home a truely brilliant service I would travel no other way now

Fantastic service. Driver was puntual and very alert looking out for us when we arrived at the very busy Gatwick airport. There was no hassle of needing to park car or pick up car from carpark or Q for a taxi when we got back from our holiday. Very valuable service when travelling with a one year old toddler. NO complaint at all. Will definately use them again.

Great service, took all the hassle out of airport parking. A friendly, helpfull driver was waiting for us when we arrived. On returning to gatwick, we only had to wait 10 minutes for another friendly driver to return the car. I will certainly be using CPS on my next trip.

We arrived half an Hour before our booked arrival time of 04:30, no problem, the courtious staff were there within 10 Minutes. The collection details were explained and off we went to start our holiday. On arrival back to the UK, we collected our luggage and gave CPS a quick phone call to confirm our arrival. The car was waiting for us at the agreed collection point. I cannot fault the service, for a couple of Pounds more than normal long term parking, you get no hastle or waiting, you are under cover at all times and you are in and out of the airport within Minutes. I will use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them, especialy with regard to the professional service we experianced.
