Definately the best way to deal with a car at aiports. A no hassel, convienient way to start & end a holiday without the stress of waiting for transport too & from the airport, just dirve straight there, leave the car outside the terminal, unload & watch it driven off until your return. What could be easier. The only parking for me from now on!

The drop off was excellent - quick and really easy with young children. On the return we did have to wait 15 minutes with two very young tired children. We rang when we were required to ring and it took slightly longer than 10 minutes for us to get to the parking bays - so they had come and then gone again. They did ring me and keep me informed throughout.

Due to circumstances beyond our control we had to turn around and go back home, after depositing our car with CPS just 30 mins earlier. They were great and said they would only charge for one day - but as booked via simplyparking we do not get any refund despite advising !

This was the second time I chose CPS to park my car at London Gatwick Airport. They offer a service which is second to none. The staff were extremely helpful, punctual and courteous. Even though the drop off and pick up times were in the middle of the night, they were there on time and made sure all was well. Thanks again CPS.

I found the service itself, highly efficient, time saving and very good value for money. Your staff were efficient and courteous. However the amount of paper eminating from the on-line booking was staggering and confusing, it appeared to come from two different company's and included the request to confirm my booking, which was onerous as I was asked to go throught the whole booking procedure again on the telephone. One piece of paper would have sufficed. But I shall cetainly use your service again.

We chose to spend a little extra on CPS to ensure reliability on drop off and pickup. The driver was professional and punctual, waiting for us to drop off at 3.30am (with a smile which is more than he got from us at that time) and again waiting for us to pickup at 11pm. Excellent service. Highly recommended especially if travelling with children.

We have used Meet and Greet at various airports in the past. We found CPS very professional, they were punctual and staff were easily identified by their uniforms. We would most certainly use them again - despite the fact that the new attendant returning the car for our homeward journey inadvertently went off with our car keys in his pocket!! (No doubt a learning curve for him, and he promptly returned them once we called the company)

We can only extend the pleasure it was using your facility and would not hesitate in using you again if we went from Gatwick again the person that came and collected the car and also brought it back to us was fantastic he helped us get the cases out and also when we arrived back he helped us put them back in the car It was a pleasure to use you and also thank the driver for us again.

This is the first time I have used a 'meet & greet service, and would definitely recommend it. The drivers were very courteous. On the outward journey, he was there waiting with a trolley. On the return, I was told that they were a man short and it may take 10 minutes to bring the car round, and it did. Would certaily use CPS again

We travelled on the 10th August when all the terrorism alert started, the company contacted us that morning to say everything was still running fine and were there to meet us in all that pandemonium and the car was there without a hitch at the end of the holiday

The staff jumped out to greet us and were there instantly on return. Arriving late at night with a young child, their punctuality was very important and they didn't disappoint. Worth every penny. Well done to the people who run CPS and to the polite and courteous staff we met.

We arrived ahead of schedule but the car was collected within 5 mins. On return, we phoned as we left the baggage hall and the car was waiting as we got to the pick-up point. A stress-free, efficient experience. Well done. We will use you again and recommend your service to others.

ten mins away made phone call when arrived at airport a lady was waiting helped unload car and also great help having trolley with her.on reurn collected bags made phone call and made walk to arrivals and car was waiting. Could not fault this service in one way, will always use and highly recomnd.

Just a call before we got to the airport and we were met almost straight after we arrived at the drop off. Again upon return a call to say we had collected our luggage was answered quickly and we actually arrived in the car drop off area as our car pulled up. Car was exactly as I had left it (a bit dirty but that is me not cleaning it!). Pleasant drivers, no hassle. Would recommned. Although some meet and greet companies are getting bad press this one was excellent.

Really great service, would definitely recommend to others. There is nothing like walking out of arrivals and straight in to your car. Well worth the money. Thanks.

Very satisfied with the excellent service provided by C.P.S. This was not the first time I have used them and it wont be the last.

The driver was waiting at the airport for us and as polite and very efficient on our return we rang the number stated after we had picked our luggage up and by the time we had got outside the airport we only had a couple of minutes wait. Excellent Service would use them again

This was our first experience of using a meet and greet service and we were extremely impressed by the service provided. The whole process, from booking over the internet to the service provided by the drivers was very easy and hassle free. We were travelling with 5 other families, all having booked with different services. CPS was by far the best and most efficient.One thing to highlight is the need to call when 10 minutes away from the airport - one family didn't do it and although a driver turned up within a few minutes, it didn't run as smoothly as it did for us. I would highly recommend using CPS and we would definitely use it again.

You are asked to call CPS on a mobile number 10 minutes prior to your arrival. This would be okay if you know the local roads and know exactly when you are ten minutes away. Again upon your return you need to telephone when you have collected your baggage. We were told where to meet the driver and given a time of ten minutes. After thirty minutes outside, late at night, in the cold, with a baby we called again. We were fobbed off with an excuse that the car was on its way. The car was finally returned to us 38 minutes after our initial call, despite being assured that it would be there in ten minutes. The driver that returned the vehicle was rude and offered no form of apology for the late return. He demanded a signature before I'd had a chance to check over the car. Albeit we have used valet park before, this was the first and last time we used CPS Gatwick Parking. For the extra £10.00 other companies are much more efficient.
