I have used various meet and greet companies but the last one was of the best experiences i have had, very polite on time and good value for money, will use again.

Very impressed with the service. Even though I wasn't able to call ahead after returning (my battery had run out) there was somebody from Maple Manor Parking there that I was able to speak to and organise the collection of my car. Would use again.

collected my motor within 10 mins , returned it within 10 mins all cleaned inside and out . would highly recommend this company .

On one trip this year , I used another Meet and Greet service which I foolishly chose on cost- never again! I ended up trying to find car and driver in one of the multi-storeys because they had not paid to be an "Approved User" . I suggest to anyone that they ensure the Meet and Greet company is "Approved " by Gatwick, which Maple is. After that experience it's Maple everytime for me. They are often also the cheapest anyway

We phoned when as we joined the M23 and then had to wait around 30 mins in the drop-off bay until a driver appeared. We were about 20 mins earlier than I'd estimated our arrival might be but would not have expected such a delay. Previous experience with other firms has been much better -max 10 mins or so. On our return, we phoned as we cleared Customs as required, and again there was a 30 min delay in our car appearing. We noticed that another couple phoned in the baggage hall and their car appeared a good 10 mins before our car arrived. Apart from not having to transport our luggage, we would have been just as quick using the outer car parks and also saved money.

Everything was clear, precise and hassle-free, even though this was a last minute booking with just 4 days notice. Will use them again and recommend others to do so with out hesitation.

Easy and convenient, great value for money. Perfect. Would definitely recommend.

I've used Maple Manor a few times, and their punctuality on the 'Greet' par of the journey has been getting worse. My last journey I had to wait over 30 mins for the car. I approached one of the staff who was obviously waiting for another car and told him and he said that they were very busy at the moment - I wouldn't mind so much but when I call to collect my car it would be nice if they told me an average wait time instead of saying he will be there in 10 mins as it leaves me very frustrated when he doesn't show!

All well till the return when we were told to wait for "five minutes" in the terminal as they were short of drivers. We then went out to the pick up point and had to wait a further 40 mins in a freezing wind before our car turned up. The driver told us he had just come on duty so there was never any chance of getting our car in under 45 mins. We called the office twice and were basically, fobbed off. Not happy to have been misled as well as having to wait.

It took a couple of 'passes' to make sure we had arrived at the right place (not being familiar with Gatwick), but once we'd arrived, we found the Maple Manor staff quickly and handover was prompt and efficient. On return, the car was a couple of minutes late, but delivered as left by a MM's cheery staff. Reliable service, reasonable value and does exactly what it's supposed to - which is one thing less to worry about when travelling.

We did a lot of research prior to booking, Maple Manor were very competitive on price and we are so pleased that we chose them as their service was brilliant too.

I was very impressed with the service we recieved from maple manor. We will definitely be using them again.

Few minutes late on collection, however well on time on delivery. Polite service but the driver offered no help with luggage whatsoever despite I was with two small kids. He just stood nearby observice the process. Still good, as at the end of the day you are buying a different service!

We have used this service a number of times and it suits us for convenience and ease with having two small children - the service is great and we will use you again - thank you

Drop off was slick and punctual. A really delightful man met us as we pulled up, took our car, chatted cheerfully to our kids, and wished us a lovely holiday. On the way back we called as we collected our luggage as advised, then our children delayed us getting out of the terminal. A man was patiently waiting by our car when we finally turned up. I apologised and asked if he'd been waiting ages, he laughed and said yes. He was incredibly cheerful and efficient and we all parted with big smiles (despite it being about 1am) A great experience, a wonderful service, delightful staff. We will only use Maple Manor from now on.

Great helpful friendly staff, will definitely use Maple Manor next time I book.

Really pleased-we have a young baby so this was an ideal solution. Waited 5 mins for pickup and didn't have to wait at all for collection. Would definitely use again!

Overall good service on pick up but had to wait for return of vehicle and found it difficult to find it on my return. I found that the valeting was very good and would use you again.
