Although we were first at the transfer point on our return to Gatewich there was no indication of where the bus would stop. This meant that when the bus arrived people just shoved and pushed to get on and with a baby and a young child plus suitcases it was not a good experience. However the parking on arrival and transfer to the airport was excellent.

found the signs at North Terminal intermittent and therefore not clear which route to take. Thereafter easy to find the parking area. No holdups at reception although this was at 3am! Have to take luggage on board bus and stow; may have to stand although journey only 10 minutes.

Good value, short bus trip to the terminal. Only had to wait 10 minutes. Return journey, well signposted to find pick up point. Had to wait 10 - 15 mins but a short ride back to collect car which was very quick.

There aren't enough buses, at every twenty minutes to and from the Gatwick North Terminal. Passengers are crammed in - baggage handling is left to the passengers themselves - the driver did nothing but drive! The floor of our return bus had two child buggies laid out on it, in direct contravention of the notice in the bus about them being folded and placed in the rack provided. Altogether not a happy experience, and I would consider one of the off-airport private parking forms next time.

The person outside in the car park was great, handing our keys in to people with absolutely no interest, shouting at myself about 'you don't need to know your flight number' before continuing to text on their phone before serving me was not good. Eye contact was never made with myself, the customer, and a series of grunts seemed to pass for 'hello' 'Can I have your keys' and 'Cheers'. Seriously, I know it's not the most exciting job in the world but it was a bit of a joke, 3 people just playing on their phones and being rude!! When we got the bus back, the sign said 5 mins until the next bus, then 7, then 11, then 15.....eventually it turned up 20 mintues later. I don't mind waiting, but tell me from the start how long it's going to be. Everything was great apart from the staff, unhelpful, rude and obviously not interested. Send them on a customer service course, they don't know who they are serving half the time..

Didn't have much interaction with the parking staff so can't really comment but didn't have any problems either. We arrived back at 1am in the morning and the bus was on time and soon had my keys and was on my way home. Would recommend and use again.

First time users with severely disabled husband in wheelchair, so wondered how we would cope with changing over from car to wheelchair to bus, but we need not have worried, as we were assured before we booked that the buses were equipped with drop down ramps. It worked very smoothly and with least amount of hassle. Especially good on our homeward journey as we arrived at Gatwick at 1255 hrs. Normally we would have to wait for a taxi, but our wait for a bus was about 8 mins before we were transported and reunited with our car. Good to know some things work well and according to information supplied. Would use this facility again.

Had problems as we arrived at the same time as the ash cloud. The staff were very helpful in retrieving our car having left it only an hour or so before we picked it up again. They were also very sympathetic and understanding but of course no refund was available. We will use the car park again.

Used this company before and were brilliant. However this time we were delayed because of the volcano and the car park could have taken advantage of this situation, but waived our fee for free! Absolutely delighted with the service and will be definitely using them again!

We were booked to travel from the South Terminal so weren't sure about booking Summer Special which goes only to the North. However, the Summer Special buses were frequent and with helpful staff and the transfer bus between the terminal (not operated by Summer Special) was also frequent, so all in all the experience was very positive. When you arrive from Summer Special to N Terminal you need to change level to get the transfer bus if you are flying from S Terminal(and vice versa the other way) but there are lifts etc so no problem with the luggage. You may still need to do this even when the monorail is back in action. Our car was waiting for us on arrival so altogether a very positive experience. Will happily re-book.

Online booking was simple and straightforward. Staff were courteous and efficient. Happy with security - stopped at exit gate because number recognitiion of number plate was not working. Would defimitely use again.
