Only gripe - I really would have loved to have had a hot drink of tea/coffee from your Summer Special office on my return visit (instead of driving to the nearest petrol station looking for a vending machine).

My only quibble would be a lack of signage from the M23 roundabout, only because I was the only one in the car, with only 1 pair of eyes. Once the signs were up, then the directions were brilliant

Summer Special Parking was excellent value for money at £6.50 per day , and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

On arrival there's someone to tell you exactly where to drop your car. The reception staff are very efficient and the coach transfers both very regular and on time.

Althought it is only a 20 mnute wait, it would be nice to have a small electronic sign at the airport to count down the minutes to the next bus.

No problems with checking in, or getting the coach back from the airport. Coaches are every 20 minutes and they left on time - they also have clocks at both ends so you know how long til the coach leaves.

I was told on the web site that I would keep the keys. This was not the case. The signage to get to the parking area was not very clear. I did not know the terminal until after I had booked and the bus and transfers from one terminal to the other were long winded.

This is the second time we have used the summer parking facility and found it very easy to use the staff were helpful and as efficient as i would have been at 2.30am. As always it could have been a bit cheaper but it was the cheapest on the net at the time so all in all pretty good value for two weeks parking.

Good location, quick check in, regular transfers to and from the car park to the termial..just ideal really. Good price, the park looed secure and was well lit. Would recommend

waited 25 mins for pick up from terminal on return - too long. otherwise fine.

The return bus was too full making for an extremely uncomfortable ride. Would have been dangerous for very old or young passengers. There was no-one to regulate the number of passengers getting on to the bus. Probably not enough buses for picking up from the airport.

Very easy to find once you spot the Holiday Parking signs.Quick hand over keys at Reception and Delivery to Terminal.Crowded coming back but no problem due to short ride.Only waited 15 minutes for bus.

This was the second time we had used this service and as with the first time the service didn't disappoint. It is reliable, easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful especially at 4am! Will definetely use again and recommend it.

Car park was easy to find and very secure. My biggest problem was we travelled with 2 small children so had buggys and 4 suitecases so getting on and off the bus was very hard and we were offered no help, the bus didn't even pull up next to the curb so we could get buggys off the bus easily. In fact the bus driver closed the doors so quickly my husband nearlly got stuck in the door. Coming home I went on the bus with 1 pushchair and left my husband with the bags etc and drove round to pick him up.

thid was a good all round package, easy to find, easy to park, helpful staff, and punctual transfers at a very good price. will use again and would be happy to recommend to friends and family.
