Bus drivers should wait for people who have just arrived at car park and coming out from vehicles. Also we landed on terminal 3. No bus was going to terminal 2 long stay car park. This I had regretted. I should have just booked jet park 2 or 3.

Apart from my credit card not opening the barrier on my way in and having to press the help button to get the barrier up everything was fine. My credit card opened the barrier on the way out so all was well. Turned out to be a 60% saving as I do this trip alot so you cant beat the price. Very happy!

Worryingly there were a large number of cars parked haphazardly in unmarked spaces, on kerbs, on pedestrian walkways. I did find a space at the end of the car park closest to the exit, and there were a number of free spaces, but probably not enough to accomodate the incorrcetly parked vehicles. Not sure what would have happened had there not been a space as the car park was clearly close to, if not alreday, full.

From booking to leaving the car park at the end of our holidays went smoothly. As I had prepaid, press the 'help' button on the barrier when entering and exiting to quote the reservation number and then the barrier goes up! Good service and would certainly use it again. Thanks

It was very easy to book on line,and the map very useful. We found a parking space within 5 mins stood at the Bus stop which was one of many, and very close to the car.Within minutes the shuttle bus arrived, the driver was friendly and helpful. On collection from Terminal 2, it was just as easy getting back to the car and leaving. When we pressed the help button to leave the carpark the chap we spoke to was really good with a good sense of humour. After a few security questions we were on our way home. Just remember to make a note of the bus stop number, & row number of where you left the car, although we did not have any problems whatsoever.

The car park was easy to find and well laid out. the bus driver pulled up right by our car and asked if we were ready for a lift. Our 9 year old proceeded to leave his cap(which we had purchased just 5 hours before) on the bus and we only realised this once we were checking in. The next bus driver made contact with the driver of the bus we were on and the cap was returned to us agreat service thank you.

The car park is very close to the terminal with beses every few minutes dropping you off at the entrance. Couldn't be easier.

I will never use this car park again. When we returned to our car we were unfortunate to have a flat battery. I looked at the paper work to see if there was a phone number for emergencies; there was not. I then walked over to one of their bus stops to see if there was anything there. There was not. At that point one of their buses arrived and I asked the driver for advice. She was kind enough to radio to her office and request assistance. After 20 minutes nobody had shown so a second driver who had seen us and knew about our problem stopped and he too contacted his office. In the meantime we called our own rescue service who turned up after about half an hour and had us mobile within minutes. In the interim, nobody from the car park turned up. We were there for about 1 hour. When a similar thing happened a few years ago at APH car park they sorted it out within a few minutes. This place just leaves you to it - the two drivers excepted - and I will never use it again. It will be interesting to see if this review is 'approved' for publication.

THE ONLY MISHAP WAS ON EXITING THE CAR PARK WHEN I HAD TO PRESS FOR HELP. THIS WAS RESOLVED WITHOUT FUSS EVEN AT 2-00AM IN THE MORNING MAKE SURE AS IT STATES YOU HAVE YOUR RESERVATION NUMBER

On line directions to parking area was spot on. The transfer coach arrived just as we were getting out of the car & waited for us to unload our cases before dropping us off at the main entrance. On returning we were picked up within 5 minutes of leaving the terminal & were back in our car on the way home 5 minutes later. The parking facility was excellent value for money, online booking saving approx 75% of the standard charge. All in all frist rate

My card was not recognised in the pay machine when i was leaving. It took 15 minutes talking to a horridly rude person through the machine to get me out of the car park.
