Always sceptical when you feel you are getting a 'too good to be true' deal but that's exactly what we got. Great value,customer friendly service and an agreement to use MIA whenever the needs arise-cannot say more than that.

meet and greet service is self explanatory, that's what we got, saving all that lugging cases on and off airport coaches plying between terminals and off site car parks.Not expensive either, thoroughly recommended.

The staff were more than friendly and the service was excellent, efficient and really good value for money and will defiantly use this service again

Telephone was answered promptly both on departure and return. No waiting around and very good service. Will definitely use again.

I booked and paid online, phoned 10 mins prior to arrival and they were waiting for me. I decided to have my car valeted while I was on holiday and it came back beautifully clean and gleaming. Once we collected our cases, it was a quick phone call and up to Level 5 and hey presto my car appeared as if by magic! This service is well worth the money and I will use it any time I need to park up at manchester in future.

Will definitely go with these again as it is so much easier than having to park your own car. They collected our car within 2 minutes of us arriving at the airport and collected us within 10 minutes of us calling them. Very good service.

we got our bags off the carousel very quickly (bags going round as we arrived) so had to ring after customs. we were only waiting 5 or so mins even tho i would have expected longer.

Excellent service ....... especially as I have two children under the age of two made things easier then having to get you car at a carpark would highly recommend and will definately use again thank you

I have used MIA three times now. I have found them to be punctual , reliable and trustworthy . They don't cost that much more than the car parks covered by the airport bus service which I used to use. I think it's a real value for money service.

We were hanging around for 15mins at the airport on the roadside in the early hours on our return, otherwise this service beats the offsite competition

Great service. Started the holiday off in the right way despite us being held by by traffic problems. The staff just told us not to worry they would be there when we arrived and they were! We had the car valeted whilst we were away and it was bliss to get into on our return.I would definitely use this service again

It was covered in a thick dust as though it had been left in a quarry for a fortnight.

They were actually there when they were meant to be. No waiting at either drop off or pick up. Courteous and helpful. They actually answer the phone also.

Excellent service, easy to use and very good value. The driver was on time and helpful with our luggage - 2 bicycles !!

It was a really simple process. It was cheaper than me getting a taxi too and from the airport and it meant I was away in my car immediately and not having to wait for shuttles. Really good service.

Very helpful staff, car was brought to us on time and they dealt with a flat battery without any drama. I'll use this service again.

A fantastic service from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful, waiting for us at both drop off and collection (we rang AFTER we collected all our bags). The only negative was from feeling guilty as I did not have any change to tip them! Will definitely use this service again and highly recommend them.
