takes a lot of the strain out of travelling, easy to book, easy to delier your car and pick up, what more could you want.

We phoned when we 10 minutes away from Gatwick and your representative was already there at the Terminal waiting for us when we arrived. Despite it being 3.30am he was bright and friendly and everything ran smoothly. Simiarly on our return, our car arrived within 10 minutes of us phoning, in an identical condition to when we left, delivered by a friendly representative.

A new company to me but as they were much cheaper than the usual gave them a try. Excellent, punctual and polite, will be using them again in the future.

Knowing that it is Metor rather than Aardvark would have liked the service to have been cheaper. However, that said the late delivery of the car after a long journey was unacceptable - if that was sorted full marks all round..will use the service again thanks

Would recommend to anyone. Friendly, uniformed staff. Prompt. Friendly. Infinitely better than using a bus to get to the car parks, and no more expensive.

Met on time, car returned on time, good value. Only niggle was drivers seat was completely readjusted for seat height, seat back and and to/fro. It took ages to get it back to how I like it. I can understand moving it to/fro but it's not necessary to change the other settings.

I was really impressed with Aardvark Meet and Greet. We arrived at 4.30am and were met by them to take the car away. When we returned we called as we were coming through the customs and as we walked out off arrivals, the rep was there standing next to our car! Excellent service, good value for money also. We found the next cheapest quote to park our car off the airport and catch a courtesy bus in was only £5.00 cheaper than Aardvark. I will continue to use this service whenever we go away.

We arrived at Gatwick an hour earlier than we booked but when I rang to advise them we had arrived they told me to wait in the drop off zone. They did say they had other jobs to do so we may have to wait 10 mins or so. They arrived when they said they would and took the car. On our return i rang as advised after we had collected our bags and I was told 10/12 mins and they did arrive within that time scale. An excellent good value for money service I would fully recommend.

Couldn't fault the service when using Aardvark meet and greet. The staff were friendly and arrived where and when agreed. The whole experience couldn't have been any easier and would certainly use them again.

Everything was delivered as you'd expect. Friendly staff on the phone who had everything to hand. Drivers were both friendly and for the outbound drop-off the driver was waiting when we arrived at the airport. Great value and well worth doing from the perspective of making things so much easier.

Once you have received your flight details booking Meet and Greet on-line is straight forward and only takes a couple of minutes.

Fantastic service. Have no issues with the collection , care and return of the car. Only gripe is with the customer service telephone system which wasn't working for a while when we tried to amend our booking a couple of days before travel (flight times had changed).

Telephone staff were extremely helpful, making it easy to arrange drop off and pick up of our car. Collection and drop off were prompt and the staff helpful. All in all a great service.

Although I found the service very cost competitive, I was disappointed with their punctuality. Although I followed their instructions to the letter, I was still left waiting for 20 minutes in the rain with 2 small children on a double yellow lane at 5am in the morning. Not sure what excuse they can have for being this late so early in the morning. We also had to wait just as long for our car on returning. Maybe it's not much quicker than the shuttle buses?

have used a couple of other meet and greet services, Aardvark most certainly the best.

Returning from our holiday at 1am I did not relish the idea of getting on a bus after a 5 hour flight! So decided to go for this option, and was I glad. The staff were very nice and helpful. My only criticism would be the phone service, it did take us a couple of goes to get through and at silly o'clock you just want to get home.

Good service, on time, no frills but you do what you say - which is good.

Never tried the meet and greet service, I have always used an on-airport carpark, struggled with bags to the airport and forgot where I parked on the return. This service was great, very simple, and worth the small extra amount I would have paid for the car park. Well recommended !
