I'm sold on the idea, so much more convenient. Only a slight mix-up on where to pick the car up from - we went to the right spot on the wrong level, probably from not re-reading the instructions properly. Still bettoer than the bus/capark thing despite that. We'll be using the service again in the future for sure.

We had to wait both at drop off and at collection. The wait at collecton at 2300 with small children was too long and was the specific reason we had chosen this service. Disappointed.

An excellent service again from Aardvark. I phoned (Bluetooth fitting)as instructed as I was 10 minutes from the airport and greeter was waiting and flagged me down and identified himself and helped to unload the luggage. The same on the return journey - just had to wait 5 minutes and car was returned. Will carry on using in the future for the convienience.

I would definately use it again. However I think the driver was smoking in my car before drop off! No problems other that....

The service was seamless & by far the most convenient way to park your car at Gatwick. There is a slight premium over park & ride but the convenience outweighs the small additional cost by far. My only concern is the absence of a 'vehicle condition report'. We were fortunate as our car was returned in the same condition as we left it, however, you can imagine the 'bun fight' if the car came back with additional damage. As there was no acceptance paperwork it would be their word against ours. This paperwork would be effortless to produce & protect both parties. Other than that it's a great service that makes air travel a lot easier.

We had not used a meet and greet service before this and I was a little apprehensive but despite changing our times at short notice the driver was there to meet us on arrival and when we returned she arrived within 10 minutes of phoning. I will definately use you again.

I have used meet and greet on a number of occasions now and it's great, simply pull up to the drop off and your car is collected straight away no waiting and the same on my return. It's great time saving

I had read reviews but was still nervous about arriving at 4.00am and finding no driver. No worries, it worked as it said it did "on the can", both out and back. With wife, 2yr toddler, 9 mnth old plus buggy and suit cases -it was excellent. No walks, no more buses to lug on and off, just great on time service. And at least 20 mins knocked off parking time at 04:00am. Thanks to Aardvark!!!

I was very impressed with the service flying out and flying back into Gatwick airport. We had an 8 hour delay in Egypt and was glad they were very punctual getting back with the car. The reception and staff were very friendly. I will always use this company in future and have already recommended them.

Driver was already at the airport to greet us when we arrived at 3.30 am. He was helpful and polite. Waited just a few minutes on our return. Car was in perfect condition with just 9 miles added to the clock. Again driver was helpful. Would highly recommend, thank you for taking the stress out of this part of our holiday.

We arranged back at Gatwick 2 hours early and the staff had the car outside the pickup point in under 10 minutes. Great services.

Only one hitch in what was otherwise an excellent service. There was no telephone number, to call the meet and greet service just before arrival at Gatwick, on the confirmation e mail. We didn't notice this until we were leaving the house. We had to wait for booking office to open to get the number. Lucky for us that we were not travelling at night!

The meet and greet service has an advantage over the park and ride service when the driver is punctual, otherwise you may as well get the bus into the terminal from one of the many carparks around Gatwick. In order to maintain a competitive edge, it is essential that Aardvark gets this right - consistently.
