Very efficient, driver was there when we got to the terminal to drop the car off and only had to wait about 5 mins when we returned. Have already recommended this service to my friends.

there was a slight delay in the pick up, maybe because of weather, but the drop off on our return was fine. I have used before and satisfy with service, and would use again if price is right.

Our flights were cancelled due to snow at Gatwick, but we still lost the whole paking charge - regretable, but I can't blame the company as the booking cionditions were quite clear.

I used Aardvark 2 weeks ago and the whole thing was perfect. So I booked again with last week, but was unable to use their service as Gatwick was closed. They refused to refund as their website said no refunds. I pointed out that for the duraion of my booking the airport was closed so surely they had to rend? No! One expects to lose the fee if it was a no-show, but when the sercice was at an abandoned airport it is outragious to keep the cash. Beware of booking if the weather forcast is bad - even Ryanair refunded me, which makes Aardvark look very sharp.

Drivers were on time going out and coming back. Best meet & greet I have used.

Driver was waiting for us when we arrived. Very polite young man and the hand over took roughly five minutes. On collection despite the severe weather conditions and different hand over day, for which no extra charge was made!! we felt we had been given excellent service and would thoroughly recommend.

This service was excellent value for money. Our driver met us within 10 minutes of our arrival at Gatwick and was there waiting for us upon our return. Would certainly use Aardvark Meet & Greet again.

They were late collecting the car - made me wait about 25 mins in the freezing cold - kept saying they were on their way. When I collected the car on the way back, I stopped to use the toilet first and the guy gave me hell for being late! Very rude.

I have used this service before hence the reason I used it again. The service is great. They are there to meet you, as long as you do what they say, and phone 10 mins before you arrive at the terminal. On arrival, phoned when collected bags, they said 10 mins, they were there in 5. I will use them again.

I have used similar companies in the past, but this one is the best by far. I cannot find any fault with the service despite my need to change nearly everything. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Everything about this experience went like clockwork with no waiting time on departure or arrival. The staff were pleasant and efficient with a minimum of fuss in completing the paperwork. It is the simplest and easiest way of leaving one's car at the airport and although it costs a little bit more than off-site parking it is well worth it. This service comes into its own when arriving back at the airport late at night.

Would find it5 hard to go back to park & ride now. Especially if a late or delayed return

Driver took a long time to get to us on arrival, but was impressively quick on return. Overall good service

I had to make 2 phone calls to confirm that someone was coming to pick up the car when we arrived, but when we returned the service could not be better!

The car was picked and a dropped off by friendly and prompt staff. There were no excess miles on the vehicle and was no dirtier than when we left it. I would use Ardvark again.

Worked perfectly with simple clear instructions. Good value, efficient and I would recommend this way of parking to anyone. We drove right up to departures and the collecting driver arrived promptly to take the car away. On return, even though our plane was early, we only had to wait 15 minutes, which is less time than it would have taken to go by bus to the on airport long term car park, and we drove straight off home.

They did everything they said they'd do and were very punctual. I'd recommend this over parking the car yourself and then having to travel into the airport

They were there to meet us when we arrived and we waited a few minutes for the driver to pick us up. The driver had changed my radio setting and steering wheel position.

Aardvark were very helpful and their service was very easy to use. Highly recommend, will be using again.
