The service met my expectations. Good price, Collection and delivery of car was on time by friendly and helpful driver.

Booking the meet and greet online was really easy and very clear. I just called the number when I was almost at Gatwick South and the man was there waiting for me and the handover was very quick. On our return the plane took us to the north terminal instead of south. I called the number again (it did take about 15 rings to get an answer) and the man offered to meet us at the north terminal but by that time we'd boarded the shuttle back to the south terminal. When we got back to the pick up area back at the south terminal we waited about 6 minutes for our car to arrive. Again, a straightforward handover.

I was skeptical when booking this parking arrangement at Gatwick, especially because we weren't taking my car! However, I needn't have worried, everything went smoothly and we were very pleased with being able to drop off the car and recollect it at the curb. Agents on the phone were helpful when we needed further instructions. I highly recommend this service.

We were very happy with the service - milage was as expected. On our outward flight they took about 20 minutes from the time I call to arrive at the terminal which meant a couple of trips round the block as it is a no stopping zone at Gatwick at the moment, but everything was very timely on our return. Will use again.

We arrived half hour early at Gatwick (we called to let them know 10 mins before)and the driver was there to meet us, no problems. Likewise coming home, we did not have to wait long until our car arrived. Altogether excellent service.

This is the first time I have used meet and greet and I will never use anything else, the best service around.

The pick up on arrival was faultless, but it is always difficult liaising with the driver at the departure point. Maybe some sort of uniform identification would help? The system of phoning when 10 minutes away from the airport is useless if you are driving alone.

Absolutely the easiest way to leave your car at Gatwick. It does what it says on the tin !

Fantastic service which took a big chunk of hassle out of the airport part of our holiday. Especially as it was our 21month old daughters first experience of travelling abroad, from now on this is the only way will deal with parking at the airport

They arrived quickly when I dropped off the car, even though I was half an hour earlier than planned. On return, they were there within 10 minutes, which is a big improvement on other companies. They were pleasant and efficient. Can't ask for more.

Good on my return but kept me waiting for 35 mins on arrival stating that 'we are really busy'.

First time we've used this service so were slightly worried ! We were very happy with everything. It easy and although we were early delivering the car and they were busy they were there ready to pick it up. We arrived back at 1 am so again worried that we'd have to wait a long time but after 5 minutes the car was delivered. So very happy and would use this service again.

the process was smooth with good directions, a little wait for then to pick on arrival. But on return my car was waiting. Very friendly service and helped with the bags too ! will use again, best value for money

I managed to park in the wrong place when arriving at Gatwick but your man found me! When we returned we got 'lost' in the airport and your men were still good tempered when we got to them! Very good service all round! Thanks, and I'll be using you next time I use Gatwick

The employee that initially collected the car off (Dave Wright) was a fantastic person to meet and an excellent ambassador for his company. Also, when dropping the car off the employee was very polite and extremely punctual considering I was later than initally planned Great Service

This service really worked for us. Saved time and made the whole checking in proceedure so much quicker - a good start to the holiday. On return, straight into the car and away home! Easy to arrange and nice people to deal with. Will use again.
