The difference between normal parking, especially long stay, and the meet and greet service is simply that it is quick and easy. Travelling by plane can mean many hours of waiting around which adds considerably to the actual flight times at least with meet and great there is hardly any delay once you have cleared customs the car arriving within minutes.

This service really takes a lot of the stress out of flying. Simply turn up, hand over your keys. Go on holiday. Return, walk out and there's your car waiting for you! Just brilliant. The extra cost compared to self service airport parking, is so worth it. Friendly and super efficient. Can't be faulted. Would definitely use again.

My wife and 3 kids enjoyed a fantastically friendly and punctual Meet and Greet Service from Aardvark. Brilliant drop off at the terminal - he was there waitng for us after phoning them 10 mins before arrival. Very jovial, helpful and friendly. The return was much the same - he arrived 10 mins after our call after coming through customs. Brilliant when returning to UK at midnight after a 6 hour flight with young kids. Great value at just over fifty quid for a week and meet and greet too! If you offered a car wash too it would have been even better. Well done Aardvark!

The idea of this system is to save time both departing and arriving...no problems upon dropping the car off but upon returning, there was a cold snap that dropped snow on the UK and most (including ours) flights were delayed for the day. After a long day of delays and travel, we rang for our car as instructed after picking up luggage but were instructed because of the days' delays, it would take them at least 20 minutes to get to us so we were asked to grab a coffee and meet at the designated spot within 30 minutes of the call. I asked if they could ring when the driver is in the car but the answer was a strict 'no'. We went outside in the 0º temp only to wait an additional 20 minutes and nothing...I rang back and the dispatcher said our car was 'next to go', this after 50 minutes now! Another 20 minutes later, nothing. I rang a 3rd time and he said again 'the driver is in the car now, should be 11 minutes until he arrives'. Displeased I asked for some kind of credit or discount but nothing was offered for our inconvenience. 11 minutes turned into an additional 25! I dont blame the drivers, they were just doing their jobs but this was just bad service, no communication and I will have rather pay half and taken a shuttle to the car park than deal with this again in the future.

We used Aardvark Meet and Greet for a five day trip to Barcelona. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived (on time) at Gatwick for our outwards flight. On the return leg, our flight was ahead of schedule and as we only had hand luggage we were about twenty minutes before our booked pick up time when we called Aardvark after getting through immigration. Despite this we only had to wait just over five minutes outside the terminal. The handover process was quick and efficient and the car was returned in good condition.

Turned up early, I rang in advance and hey, they wewe there. No problem. Return flight delayed 3 hours, rang on landing and again they are there waiting. Simply great servcie, well recommended.

The phone staff were friendly. However, after snow at Gatwick, I had to wait 50 minutes to have my car delivered to me - all this after a flight that was delayed for four hours. It would have been quicker to use a long stay car park! The driver who brought it to me declared 'You're lucky. Some people have had to wait an hour and a half!'

Very happy with punctuality and service received. Good value for money too. Would use again.

Having arrived on time and phoning ahead for drop off, I had to wait about 15mins beyond the scheduled time before I could leave my car. The person was there but had to wait for a customer who was later comming to pick up their car before he could accept my car. This was put down to being busy and the late arrival of the returining customer, but that still made me late. On return I phoned ahead and was tld they would drop off the car in 10 minutes. In fact it took over 20mins to arrive, so I had a 10+min wait in the cold. Again, this was put down to them being busy and so shortage of drivers available at the time. The car arrived in good condition, but I would be relucatant to use them again, because what I am paying for is to drop off and collect the car when agreed and they did not provide that.

Well worth the money,if only flying was this easy. Staff,friendly,polite and professional.its nice to get in a warm car when arriving back into UK. No queuing for buses,panicking about where you left the vehicle and worse of all the dreaded flat battery. Would recommend this service to everyone.

Friendly staff. On arrival at Gatwick North, a driver was with us within 5 minutes. On return, the flight was diverted to Gatwick South and was 30 mins late (about 12:15 am). Aardvark brought the car to the South terminal without question, and were there within 5 minutes.

The instructions on the return ticket are not updated (understandable given the pace of changes), so the verbal instructions need to be more detailed as to what to expect to see and where to go. I was told 'head for the courtesy coaches and wait at the last crossing' but should have been told to cross to the 2nd lane away from the terminal building. This was clarified by a second call, but better to be clear first time. Otherwise great, and at a great price.

Everything went very smoothly, driver waiting for us on arrival after we had phoned as per instructions and the same on the way home, just what is required, would definitely use in future.

Really cant fault Aardvark. We arrived at the airport an hour earlier than we had booked and they were there to pick up our car without any hassle, and they delivered it promptly when we arrived back. Would definitely use again!

Easy to book online, good price, fast service due to us being early both ways & someone there on time even at 1.30am New Years morning.

Why didnt I discover this service years ago. Its cheaper than usual park yourself and ride services. And on the way back its just fab - walk out of tyhe airport and your car in driven back for you to the door. I will use this service always from now on.

The telephone operator was not very friendly when we initially called, but the drivers collecting and delivering the car made up for that as they were very friendly and punctual. I would use the service again.
