All worked out perfectly. A blessing as we traveled with my 91year old mother.

Service as advertised (i.e. easy to book and use). Although about £10 more than cheapest parking (for only 2 days stay!),I felt it worthwile. The office has a prompt phone response with knowledgable and friendly staff. The drop-off & pickup were both punctual & friendly. I shall use the service again, particularly if the price remains competitive and card surcharges are NOT added to bill.

A great price for valet parking - the same as the long term car park and a bus. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I will use Aardvark again. Well done!

They readily coped with us being 15 mins early, going, and 20 mins late clearing customs on return

Couldn't fault the service. When they discovered that we were staying at the Hilton overnight they suggested meeting outside the hotel rather than the terminal. Would definitely recommend.

all very smooth, except did have to wait some time on arrival as the person did not have correct forms. We were hassled by the police and in the end had to move on and return again.

although i re-arranged my schedule and arrived at Gatwick earlier than planned it was not problem organizing collection of my car.

I've used Aadvark 3 tmes now and have always been happy; prompt, polite and cost effective. Only once did my car return smelling of smoke! The last time I had to leave my Porsche last minute and was nervous but with or reason as it turned out!

This is the second time I have used Aardark and the experience has been good both times. Driver waiting fro us when we arrived and only a few minutes to wait when we arrived back. My wife uses a wheelchair and knowing that I can arrive and leave from right outside the terminal makes life so much easier than using the usual carparks and bus connections. Not ony can I be on my way home before the carpark buses have put in an appearance but the cost is virtually the same. It's a no brainer.

We were late arriving for flight out due to traffic but the driver was there waiting for us. Very good service and will use again.

Having booked the service I hadacouple of minor amendmentson registration numbers and turing up on departure and arrival earlier than predicted Both caused no problem and the service was handled professionaly and without hassle which is just what you want when travelling Looking forward to using again

Were 5 minutes late on return (not a problem) but the driver was very apologetic, would use again

Collection was fine - on time, friendly and efficient. Delivery was poor - driver was late, barely spoke a word and certainly didn't apologize or explain his lateness. In addition, he disappeared without a word while I was looking around to car to make sure it hadn't been damaged.

When I phoned in on my way to airport they had no knowledge of my booking - which wasn't reassuring at 6.30 in the morning! However they met me as planned and all was ok!

Like many people, I read the reviews, positive and negative, before I booked with Aardvark, and I hesitated because of the (relatively small) number of negative reviews. After some consideration, I realised that unhappy people are much, much more likely to leave a review than happy people, and I decided to make the booking. I promised myself that if the service was good, I would leave a positive review. I'm pleased to say that this is a positive review. Everything went very smoothly, despite us travelling during periods of heavy snow, and with a small child too. We were met punctually, as promised, and were then straight into the terminal for check-in. On return, a phone call from the baggage area, and our car was waiting for us outside. No problems, no worries, no drama. No waiting for buses, lugging bags, hanging around. Brilliant! I'm very pleased with the service; the convenience of arriving right at the terminal with bags and luggage and small child is wonderful, and the price was very slightly more than the cost of using the park-and-ride parking. I would definitely use Aardvark again and recommend them to everyone.
