Clear instructions given when phoning to advise our arrival, driver was waiting. Walked straight into departures, and same excellent service on our return, phoned when went through passport control, driver waiting outside. Excellent! will use this service from now on for all our holidays.

Just what is needed. Easy to organise, friendly service, great rates, no hassle. Had to wait a bit on my return but wasn't too bothered.

Second time we have used this service and will certainly be back again

When I collected the car, the heater controls had been played with, the lights had been played with, the centre console storage bix had been opened (nothing removed) and the radio channel had been changed. I was told on arrivel back that the car would be 15 minutes as all the drivers were in the south terminal. The collection was furhter delayed as apparently, after telling me that the car was on it way, I had another call to say that it was stuck behind 5 other cars and they would need another 10 minutes to get it out. I will not use Aardvark again.

We've been using meet and greet for some time now as my husband takes a mobility scooter away with us and we need to unload it at the airport. Aardvark appear to be an agent for Meteor but if you book through them its cheaper. We've used them at Stansted as well and been very happy with the service and the drivers have always been courteous and friendly.

We have used many Meet and Greet Companies but these were the best. Thay were there on timeboth on departure and on arrival. No long waiting. Very efficient.

I used the service on boxing day. When arriving at Gatwick I was calling from 10 minutes before I arrived, till 20 minutes after I arrived. It went straight to voicemail. I left 4 messages and noone got back to me. When i eventually did get through, it took them an additional 15 minutes to get a driver down. On the same evening, when I arrived and wanted to pick up my car, I called as soon as baggage was collected, but again it took them 15 minutes to deliver. Not happy.

Only delay was getting through on the phone line to say we were close to the airport. The driver arrived promptly, and delivered the car back very efficiently on our return. Good service.

I know it is difficult to get timings right and such but these guys made it look easy and were very friendly to boot. Highly recommended by me.

I felt reassured that my car would be well looked after. They were kind and considerate - even delivered my car nice and warm inside as it was so cold outside! I will definitely use them again.

First time I used this service. Overall it is better than parking and using a shuttle service. On departure I had several issues with staff on the phone. Driver was punctual and polite.

Excellent service. Punctual and efficient for both drop off and pick up.

Very friendly staff. The mileage wasn't recorded by staff, but only 4 miles were done between drop off and pick up.

Would recommend this to everyone. The staff met us within minutes of our arrival on both occasions. They were efficient friendly and very professional. Old and well loved as my car is, it was good to feel it was in safe hands. I liked that they returned the seat to my driving position. Thanks for looking after us.

Travelling at very anti-social hours, the Meet and Greet service saved me precious time and the service was of the best.

Can't fault them, the driver was waiting for us at the airport and on our return we only waited 4 minutes for the car, even though we were so quick through baggage reclaim & customs.

Really quick both ways, which is what you need when it is gone midnight, sub zero temp and you have a tired family. From picking up bags we were on the road within 10 minutes. Great value for money, so worth the extra few pounds that it costs to avoid shuttles to faraway car parks and trying to remember which zone your car is parked in, never again. Meet and greet every time! Oh and don't be tempted to call them to pick you up before you have your bags as easyjet took nearly an hour to unload ours due to a "technical issue of lack of staff!?!?" , it would probably cause more trouble than good...

We were very happy with the procedure. Our car was delivered to us on our return with less than a minute's wait. Perfect.

A very helpful polite driver who checked the mileage and recorded it .Any scuffs or scrapes were also recorded and having signed the form it was presented to me on return so I could check all the details of the car without being rushed. I would definitely use this firm again
