I would use this company again and again, service, friendly staff, and even when we landed at the wrong terminal, that wasnt a problem, 1st rate xxx

A little slow in arriving on Departure the on but that was caused by the roadworks/development going on in the drop-off zone. No problems on return, efficient and courteous as usual.

This was the first time we had used this service and we will definitely use it again. Not only did it reduce the journey time of the park and ride alternative but it took away the stress of arriving back at Gatwick and not knowing how long we would have to wait before returning to our car.

I have used other meet and greet services but this was the best one so far. Punctual, staff friendly and good value.

I had to wait 25 minutes for my driver to arrive to pick up the car which resulted in being late in the check-in queue so it was a very big rush but the driver was there within 5 minutes on the return.

We had a morning flight, which meant negotiating the M25 during the rush hour, we had some delays, but knew that we would be met and the car taken away. We did not have the added stress of parking and then waiting for a mini-bus to bring us to the terminal, maybe adding an extra 45 mins. When I checked I think that Meet & Greet was also the cheapest option.

Driver only needs 10 minutes notice so their car park must be very close to Gatwick North

When the vehicle was collected we told the driver that he needed to turn the radio off manually, the radio would not switch off with the ignition, we provided a demonstration to ensure he knew how to turn the radio off. On arrival back in the UK we waited for 1 hour to have our vehicle delivered, after an hour I rang aardvark who then told me that the battery was flat. It was clear that the radio had not been turned off and as a result we had to wait a total of 90 minutes for the vehicle to be jump-started. We have already made a complaint via essential travel with a view to obtaining a full refund.

I had reservations about using this service in that basically you drive up to an airport and hand your keys to a stranger. After now "risking" the service, I can say that this is the ONLY way I will travel to/from airports from now on. The Aardvark guys were very friendly & approachable both on the phone and in person. The car was returned to me in exactly the same way it was left with 5.7miles on the clock (so obviously the grounds are close by). All in all, a VERY VERY good service that gets 10 out of 10! Very good value for money. Contact was made twice and each time the instructions given were clear and precise. A very efficient and punctual service. I will use again without hesitation.

Less mileage than previous companies used. Friendly service. Did the job as expected. The wait for the car to be collected was a bit longer than necessary.

We have used other meet and greets in the past and this one far exceeded the others. From the start it was easy to see where to leave our car and on the way back. The drivers were polite and punctual. Brilliant value for money.

They were amazing help me lots before my travel as the car originnaly booked with broke down just before they amended all my details hastle free and they were waiting on arrival at the airport which ment no hastle from the wardens. And the were there waiting with my nice clean car when I arrived. We travel alot and have used lots of meets and greets these are far by the best. Great work guys keep it up.

You can't beat meet and greet through GoSimply.com, I have used them several times at Heathrow, Gatwick and Stanstead - great vfm no fuss - will be booking shortly for my next holiday

Great service given the difficulties of stopping at Gatwick. May have to wait a while to be picked up on return.

Driver was wating to collect the car on ariival and at the return. Was back in the car within 2 minutes of leaving departures.!

There was a slight wait for me at arriving at the airport but no more than 5 to 10 minutes. On arriving back at the airport after my trip the driver was there waiting for me. The service is great and takes the hassle out of airport parking. I would definately use this company again.

Only moan was that we had to pay £30 extra for 3 days due to flight cancellation. Happened once before and long term car park did not charge us. Easy jet don't reimburse this.
