When we phoned up to tell them we were 20 minutes away as instructed on the email, my wife was told they will be with us when they can as they were busy. At Gatwick my wife checked the bags and returned to meet me before the contact turned up. We had plenty of time but poor customer service. Many of the other meet and greet companies have some sort of uniform with their company logo on, neither contact had anything advertising the company

This was the 1st time i have used meet and greet and its just so easy, no waiting around, just pull up, take your luggage and start your holiday. Then when you have your luggage just give them a call and go to the same spot and your cars waiting. A fantastic service, very easy, I will use this service everytime i go away (and it was £15 cheaper than normal parking at Gatwick, win win) Its really that good. A WOODS

Met punctually at both ends of the trip. They also cleaned the car for £30, but I wouldn't recommend getting them to do that - they didn't clean under seats, treat the plastics or wax the paintwork. More like a £5 once-over at mini-valet prices. Still, the parking itself was the best price I found at Gatwick and I would use again.

Good service for the price but had to wait for car to be delivered back for over 20 mins.

Big dent and scratches. However we didn't spot it till we got home and their conditions state they don't accept any damage once you have left the airport. There driver left the keys in the car and pretty much ran off so I suspect he knew there was damage.

Very punctual we had no long waits for pick up or drop off valet was excellent and very reasonable

i have done this this sort of parking a few times now and its great , drop of infront of the doors pick up same spot and when its very cold mornings the car is warm

This is the first time we have used a service like this, and found it easy and convenient. For a similiar fee to the normal car parks, it is good value. Just make sure you double check where you need to be at drop off, as we were at a different terminal on the return trip.

Very polite drivers to meet and greet. Car - no damage, no problems. I had checked the fuel and mileage before I left - no problem. Greeter put my luggage in the boot for me ( I travelled alone). Quite sstisfied and would use them again.

I am always nervous when I book this (and I have done this 4 times now) because the price is always so competitive. However, each time I return from my holiday I am always very pleased. The poeple are always friendly and punctual and more importantly the car is exactly how I left it. I recommend based on my experiences.

Reasonably priced, very efficient and easy to use service. Much better than parking miles away and then waiting for a bus to get to or from the terminal.

The only problem I had was with the telephone attendant, who was rude to me. On the other hand, the guys who picked/delivered the car were very very nice. All the rest was just perfect.

Both the meet and return were smooth and efficient. Will use again if prices remain competitive.

Highly recommended, very useful. I feel confident with using this service, just called them 20 min before arriving to the airport and on drop off area passed my car to ACE driver, also when returning do the same procedure. No long waiting. Simple and value for money.

Very pleased. Was worried at first as not used this service before and as it is a newish company, not many reviews to go by. However, so easy and it saved us so much time and hassle as we normally park off airport and bus in. Our battery had flattened and they got it started for us and were on time both ways. Good price. Will use again.

price difference with long stay parking was not that different and having the ease of transfer with the kids was much easier

Great service car collected and returned on time. Was not used (no extra miles on the clock). Telephone manner could be improved

Thank you for the exceptional service received. Nice people to deal with. We were early at Gatwick by an hour as we were coming up from Cornwall however they arrived within 15 minutes.
