It is not easy to estimate when one is 15 minutes away from airport, especially if one does not live in that area. We were early but managed not to get booked by vigilant traffic warden! Slight hiccup with what happened to car after collected by driver but this has been sorted quickly by Ace/Go Simply and will not stop us using the service again. Car delivery on our return was excellent. As we walked out of terminal our car pulled up! Brilliant. Our third use of ACE and another successful meet&greet.

Really good service, had to wait a bit on the return but overall very happy with the service and would use again.

We recently used Ace Parking to take care of our car whilst we holidayed in Cuba for two weeks. We were met by an Ace Parking driver within a few minutes of our arrival at Gatwick. There was no form filling or fuss and we were shortly on our way!.. On return it was even better, our car and driver were there before we reached the arranged meeting point - and once again we were off home within 2 minutes!.. I will definitely use Ace again and thoroughly recommend them.

An easy painless way of parking the car and would do it again. Call to the central control were answered promptly even after midnight.

Compared to the hassle of Fixed car park with coach travel it is far quicker and you also get a nice warm car returned to you which is a big plus if it has been frosty.

Driver was waiting when we arrived. On collection we only waited around 5-6 minutes outside. Would definitely recommend. Very efficient.

I would recommend Ace, they were at the airport when they said they would be and were there on time when we flew back even though we were early.

Driver turned up quickly on way in but when we phoned on the return we were told that it would cost an extra £10 as it was after midnight, all be it 5 minutes after, we did not know anything about this, however when the driver came with the car no mention was made of the £10. Would use this service again any time so much easier than getting a shuttle bus.

Both dropping off and arriving back worked just as they advertised. I phoned them when they asked and they at the airport in 20 mins. Arriving back at 2am it also meant the car had warmed up and the heater was already working at full temperature when we got in the car which was an added bonus.

Very good service normally execpt this time the car came back in a totally filthy state inside with mud and straw all over the drivers side.... :( The return of the vehicle told me twenty mins and possibly more, so went outside in five mins waited for half an hour and then was rung saying the car was there, so it was there straight away and I was not informed.... I would still use this service though as it is very convienient

The petrol usage was not consistent with the mileage. The car was damaged in three places on the off side. The floor mat on the drivers side was filthy. ACE have denied all responsibility and I am considering legal action. Do not use this firm. Absolutely disgraceful.

We were met as we arrived at Gatwick North,and on return the car was there as we exited the terminal. both drivers were courteous and efficient. We have used ACE several times now and have found them excellent.

We had to wait about 5 mins for our car to be collected and the same on our return. Can't fault the service at all, even thought the driver said he was having a really busy morning, he was still pleasant and din't keep us waiting. Would definitely use again.

Really good experience - the only negative was that we got charged an extra £10 as we arrived after midnight. However, our plane was not due to land until 2330 so I would have expected this to be factored into the overall price as there would be very little chance of collecting the car before midnight.

Great delivery on arrival but on return it took over an hour of phone calls before someone answered, not a good service at 0630 hours after a 14 hour flight, shame there was no answer machine and response on a mobile number.

We were happy with the prompt services we received on collection and drop off but were a bit suprised to see an additional 30miles on the clock (we photographed the milegae the morning we dropped it off). Not sure why this was the case and received no explanation or any indication at the time of the booking that this would be happening. We expected a few miles but 30 seems a little excessive.

The guy that collected the car on departure was very friendly and right on time. The arrangement was stress free and straight into the airport. I couldn't believe how quick they brought the car back on arrival!!!! I called the number given as soon as I saw my luggage on the conveyor belt or whatever it's called and by the time I got outside to the designated spot voila the car was there!!!! My car was just as I handed it over to them clean and intact. I'll be using Ace parking anytime I'm traveling. I found them to be value for money, safe and secure, reliable and extremely efficient. Thank you Ace.

Lack of clarity in location to park at. Had to approach driver although car stopped in clear sight. Poor telephone manner.

pick up and drop off at the door so no buses etc and on time so what more can you want, oh thats right a good price. thanks
