Excellent service at a competitive price. Nice to have a warm car on a chilly morning

Our flight was the first thing in the morning so we had to get there at 5, and even at that they answered the phone swiftly and were waiting with a smile at the airport when we arrived. Great service, highly recommended.

found these guys last year and they are on my must do holiday arrangements. Easy no buses just drop and go

I booked their meet and greet service because it was only a little more than other parking. When meeting their driver on return - at past midnight - the car was there with minimal effort and the lady delivering friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to others

We had no problem at all with having the car collected from us at the terminal or having it returned when we got back to the UK. It was the same charming old boy who picked up the car and he even made a point of having the heating on full while bringing the car to us so it was "nice and toasty considering you have just got back from somewhere a lot warmer then here" Overal I am very pleased, I will use this service again and I will recommend it (as I have already done to friends and family).

I followed the instructions given in the confirmation of my booking. As soon as I was on the M23, my wife called the phone number that was given to us in the confirmation of the booking. It would have taken us about fifteen minutes to reach the Drop Off point, a smiling (and a very nice looking)lady was waiting for us. While we loaded the trolley with our luggage,she examined the condition of the car and got her document signed. She did not record the mileage in the doc. When I pointed this out to her, she said she would complete it when she got into the car. I had already made a note of the mileage in my diary anyway. On her asking for, I gave her the flight number of our return journey. I then handed the key to her and off we proceeded to the departure building. All that would have taken about five minutes. Our returned flight was late for 55 minutes. After collecting our luggage, I called the phone number and informed the person who answered that we were ready to collect our car. I expected the representative with my car in twenty minutes. It would have taken us to reach the Drop Off point about 9 minutes, I was amazed to see the Rep with my car was already there waiting for us. He greeted us and gave me the car key and gone. He did not wait for me to check the condition of my car on return which was found to be ok. I checked the mileage which was about five miles more than the mileage I have noted earlier. Overall, excellent service and very good value for money. This was the first time that I have used Meet & Greet car parking. I will use Ace Parking,again.

We have used this service before and again we found it to be very straight forward and enabled us to catch our flight without the hassle of parking in a car park and catching a bus to the terminal etc. On our return home (our flight was at approx. 11.30pm) we were able to have our car brought to us at the terminal - we waited for no more than about 5 minutes. Very good service. Thank you.

We got there earlier than booked but phoned 20 minutes before arrival as instructed. Ho-one there on arrival, called again afteer 10mins, told the person woudl be there in 5mins, waited another 20 mins and then had to find the pick up person. No delay on return though

More convenenient than anything else but do you wait to collect your baggage as they suggest and then have over 20 minutes until they come, or do you call them earlier?

When I arrived at the airport, I had requested the pick up an hour later by mistake. The call taker was extremely rude. I didn't have to wait as long as I expected. I apologised to the person picking up the car but he was extremely gracious. On my return though, I called ace parking when I had come out of the green channel with my luggage and had to wait over 30 mins at the meet & greet point. When the delivery driver arrived he explained that the car had been stuck behind another car that wouldn't start. Since I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes in the past, after 20 minutes of waiting, I tried calling and the phone would just ring and ring without answer or be unobtainable. Since they were having trouble, I would have expected a quick call just to let me know particularly since it was so cold outside - I could have at least taken cover somewhere. There is only one mobile number provided and it is frequently engaged or no one answers. It was the cheapest, but I wasn't sure if I was going to see my car again so I don't think I will use this service again.

This is a brilliant service, just think the guy that answers the phone always sounds a bit gruff and sharp but maybe thats just his way. Have recommended this service to so many friends.

I arrived in the middle of the night when we where experiencing major snow. The gentleman that picked my car up was there when i arrived,he was cheerful and helpful. When I returned the gentle man that dropped off my car was just as friendly and helpful. I would definately use you again and have recommended you to friends. Compared to other companies I have used in the past you are definately the best

This is the fourth company i have used at Gatwick,these were by far the best.On time very punctual,great service,flying from Gatwick in November and will be using them again.Thanks.

We always have an excellent service from Ace parking. No complaints at all, would not think of using anyone else.

Parking staff were on time at drop off and collection. Could not fault the service will deffinately book them again next time.

No waiting at either leg of journey. Very reasonably-priced meet & greet service.
