the problem was the contact number. Only one mobile number is given which was often engaged. It took us over 15 to 20 minutes to raise them both leaving Gatwick and returning.

We have used Ace many times before but the last two occassions have been awful. On our arrival we have had to wait for over 10 minutes for them to collect the car and on our return have had to wait 40 minutes in the freezing cold. When we phoned up to find out why we were waiting so long the response was curt and rude. Last time we paid £30 for a valet and the car was smeared with white gunk over every inside surface that took us ages to get clean of and both the last two times the car has come back with white writing all over the windscreen. I will not use this company again they may be one of the cheapest but service was awful and waiting so long negates meet and greet, it would be quicker to use a bus drop off!

Once you have used Meet & Greet you will never use static car parks or hotel park & ride again especially when it is -8C and you pick up your warm car at the airport.

Have used Ace several times, it has always been excellent service and good value. Will be using the service again next month.

Arrived early for drop off and had to wait a long time for someone to pick up car. Very prompt when we arrived back.

I think the time to answer the phone to collect the car can be improved. I had to sit down for half hour after collecting my luggage phoning once and again until the telephone was picked up.

Courteous, efficient and very convenient. Drive up, leave car,return,it's there. We are regular users of ACE and have always found them excellent.

Would very happily pass on to others our experience at the ease of parking with Ace Parking. Thankyou for making it so easy

The staff were very kind. We left the car for a month. Mileage not been changed. Car remains same, no scratches, etc. the only downsize was we waited for 20min on collection. But at the same time, staff were kind as they have to jumpstart the car after not been used for a month on a snowy weather. I would definitely recommend.

I rang as I joined the M23 and the Ace man was there when we pulled up. Handed over the car in one minute flat and off to check in. A little wait on return once we got our bags, but only the 20 minutes promised. Might have been even quicker if I hadnt stood in the bus lane instead of one further in. Car was nice and warm and not a mark on it. I will definitely use this service again if the price is right. This time I paid only £4 more than cheapest off-airport price.

First time we have use this but would definitely recommend it Great service and price.

After a few bad experiences with other meet and greet services I tried Ace Parking and was absolutely delighted with the service for both our arrival and return at Gatwick.

Dropping off the car was quick and easy, but collecting it, was a nightmare. Freezing cold, waiting outside the airport we were waiting for one hour, we called the office three times to chase. Postponing collection, we were rid off twice. I think it's far too long after long journey, and we were the only people waiting more than 5 minutes.

The staff was friendly and there were already waiting for us when we got to the terminal. On the flight back, we had to wait a little bit (probably about 10min) but I would rate the service as very good in general.

It was good that I choose you guys before travelling. It was a wonderful experience and wand worth the cost. Will recommend to a friend aswell use the service again. Thanks alot. Raymond

This service ran very well and very smoothly, my only negative point would be that I would have preferred for the drop off/pick up point to be literally outside the main entrance of the airport, although it is only a short walk but that walk becomes longer when struggling with lots of luggage and children, but apart from that a very good service.

When we called ace parking they had no details about us from you, it added time to our trip to sort out,lucky that someone was available to sort it out at Ace who helped us out. Bit of a long wait for our car to be returned but was nice and warm for us.

as I found them very rude and unhelpful unlike other parking services I have used.

Have used Ace before and found to be very good shall certainly be using again in the future, can't fault it really, our experience was a good one.
