The driver was at the airport to collect the car by the time we got there. We rang after collecting our luggage and within 5 minutes of getting to the pick up point our car was delivered back to us. Could not fault them and we will definitely use them again.

Longer than expected to collect so had to go around the Gatwick circuit twice - strangley did 25 miles whilst we were on holiday - otherwise a normal service.

I would still consider them again as they were the cheapest option, however, if another company had a comparable price I would not, in the hope that I could get met on time and receive my car back without an unbelievable amount of bird's mess on it - surely a quick clean should have been done if they are going to keep cars in such a bird friendly location

excellent service a driver met me at the drop off and took the stress away of having to park my car. On return...as I walks out of the airport doors I saw my car pulling up!! Spot on timing and nice friendly guys too!! Defanatly will be using again. Thank you!

All good but car driven 31.3 miles and McDonald's coffee left in center council makes me wonder what was going on.

My family and l flew to Canada on 25th June 2011 from Gatwick and l had booked for the driver to collect my car at 7.00am but got delayed on the way due to traffic as l was travelling from Birmingham. Unfortunately l just missed my slot but there was another driver who was waiting for his customer who did not turn up. It was nice of him to offer to take my car instead. On return after baggage clearance we called the office and in no time my car was delivered within 20 minutes. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Ace Parking to anyone travelling from Gatewick and also l was happy with their charges for two weeks parking. Keep up the good work.

Had good service, no problems at all. Staff are friendly and the apparent delay on return probably because after the long flight was looking forward to rush to home but by looking at time it wasn't bad at all. Thank you.

This was the second time we used Ace and it is pleasing to say that they are professional in the manner they provided their services.

My plane got in early so therefore was unable to have my car mini valet as requested, they did try and rush it (outside only), but it was not cleaned how it should have been. Spoke to the manager on site who was helpful and understood why I was not satisfied. Was easy and uncomplicated after an 8 hour plus flight. Collected my car and drove home with no charge for the partly cleaning of the outside of the car. Will 100% use again and recommend to others.

Overall an excellent experience, car picked up when requested and delivered back within times advised.

I found Ace Parking to be a very efficient service. They were exactly on time (even on the day we arrived we were over an hour early, it was no problem) and the chap who met us, and returned the car to us, was very friendly and thorough, and I felt happy to leave my car in his care. The price was also very competetive. The only down point was that my car was very dirty when it came back (dusty) but I was happy that it was in one piece and that was the main thing. Also to be fair, I was offered, but declined, for the car to be valeted while we were away. I would recommend and use again. Thank you Ace Parking!

Exceeded expectation overall except the car returned with strong yellow mud in the undercar and wheels. Expected dusty for two weeks but not yellow mud. I presumed a different story if valeting service was selected.

We waited maybe 5 minutes when we dropped the car off and 5 minutes when we picked it up. This is the second time we used gosimply for booking and we will use them again. 1st class service.

Apart from them getting expected times of arriving both ways wrong, they were quick to respond, only had to wait 10minutes on arriving, and on coming back, arrived at same time as us. On negative side 31 miles on clock, and car very dirty. But would use again.

On my arrival at Gatwick, I was later than I had booked but that was done because you can never tell what traffic conditions are like. When I rang to say I had arrived the man who answerered was quite rude and said I should have been there at 5:30 am. However, the man who came to collect my car was fine. The man who met me on my return was very frindly and there was no real wait for him to arrive. I was happy with the service and again very good value for money. The previous company I used was £50 more.

Only improvement would be the clarity of directions for where to pick the car up on return,should be emphasised that the car will actually be at set down area, not pick up

Dropping off the car was easy, no problems. However, on our return with two small children we called just after landing and were told to call back when we had our luggage, which we did. It took us under 10mins to get to the place where our car should have been and waited in the rain for almost half an hour. We called the mobile number we were given when we arrived and we were told the car was on its way, but then we called every 5 or so mins after that and our call was never answered. It was incredibly frustrating considering how much we were paying for this service.

All very smooth. Pouring rain when we got back to Gatwick. Beautiful sight was waiting car!

The service was pretty much spot on, other than the mistake of going to the south vs north terminal on pick up.
