Hi I have given just under top marks to ACE PARKING they were brilliant why i gave them just under was the clarity of the calls there was a lot of background noise from the office and i struggled to here the person speaking and his directions.

Driver who collected the car was very nice and courteous. On arrival back at Gatwick, after collecting bags, I called the number as instructed. Was told car would be delivered within 20 minutes by a very abrupt chap. Car arrived in around 30 minutes. However, overall very convenient and worth the money experience - much better than waiting on car park buses!

Very accomodating..... my journey down from Sheffield to Gatwick took at least an hour less than planned (difference between Sunday and week!), but ACE parking were still able to meet me ahead of schedule. Return pick-up equally as prompt...... will definately use again.

Not a problem at all - only had to wait 2 mins for them to arrive when we got to Gatwick, and they were waiting with a fully clean car when we got back. Would use again definitely.

Good service and worth the money not to have to bother with traipsing to an outside carpark. You should perhaps tell people that valet parking seems to be not allowed at the drop off and pick up points used. And that the parking attendants might ask you to drive aroung the block if the parking staff are not bang on time.

When booking the parking I was not asked to supply information such as flight number etc, but then had to supply this information at drop off point. The return flight number was not then recorded resulting in a slight delay in the car being returned (probably minutes only), otherwise fully recommended.

We droppped our car off; we use this type of service all the time. They inspected the car and made a deal about checking the mileage. Whilst on our trip our tracking service notified us that the car was being driven. When then dropped the car off, the driver gave us the key and started to walk away, I immediately notice that the rear reflector was missing, and asked him who was driving the car whilst we were away; we have a tracking system and they notified us that the car was driven. He didn't want to make a note of the missing reflector until I insisted. I tried contacting them repeadtely for nearly 2 weeks after our return, no repsonse, once I notifed them that I would file a formal complaint with their regulator they returned our calls. The company has since refused to take responsibility, stating that the reflector must have "fallen out" of the bumper. Seems a bit of a "cowboy" organisation, we were also missing change, only a few £ worth, but not a good over all experience.

Ace gave me exactly what I wanted..fast efficient service no waiting especially on the return trip after an overnight flight and certainly value for money. The valet service offered I accepted but didn't feel pressured to do so. would use again and certainly recommend to anyone

we did as instruted & phoned the driver 20mins prior to our arrival & he was waiting when we arrived at the terminal. Did the same on arrival back at Gatwick after collecting luggage & again he was waiting with the car warmed up & ready to go. Super service. We have used Ace before & were not disappointed.

After having read through all the other comments we decided to give it a go, the fact it was cheaper AND more convenient then using any one of the airport bus serviced car-parks seemed too good to be true, but turns out it wasn't. When we arrived there was very well spoken man waiting for us (exactly where described), who inspected the car, took the mileage, explained what the process was on our return, and wished us a pleasant trip... On our return (plane landed about 6am so after previous comments about having to wait for your car we were some what expecting the worse), we rang the number supplied whilst collecting our luggage, walked out to the agreed spot (The car is picked up and delivered in the same area - Departures Drop off) and literally, as we approached the curb, our car pulled up in front of us like some sort of concierge service in the movies! I appreciate that timing of this ilk is pure luck, but the chap who dropped it off, was polite, the car was as we had left it, and we back on the road in a fraction of the time had we gone elsewhere! I guess we could've got lucky but from this experience, we've no reason to fault them!

This is the second time I have used Ace Meet and Greet and again everything went as smoothly as possible. Driver on time for pickup and delivery. As a lady travelling on her own with heavy luggage it is lovely not to have to cope with the cases on/off the car park buses. Plus it's great to come back to a warmed-up car.

Pick up and collection went as planed. my only concerns were that the car was covered in bird droppings on return and the drivers did not inspire confidence. That aside a very useful convenient service.

Driver very timely both ways, good value for money service, but i think you should be clearer on your website about the overcharge that comes into play if you are a little late. Users should be advised to allow extra time on their booking as had i done this it would have only cost me £3.60 extra instead of the £10 overcharge for being a few minutes past midnight instead of a few minutes before. not at all happy about this and was lucky that i had £10 in my purse to pay the driver. i advised the driver i was not happy and have not received any correspondence on this either since my return.

phoned when we were twenty minutes away as instructed, not met by anyone for 15 - twenty minutes. traffic warden made us drive round twice, will probably not use again !
