Car was returned with nearly half a tank of petrol missing. Make sure you record mileage & petrol when leaving the car. Ace do not record this or get you to sign any documents as to condition of vehicle, mileage etc. I contacted them about the missing petrol but never got a reply. Otherwise service was good and they returned the car in 15mins or so.

A very convenient way of parking but we were surprised to be asked for £10 for meeting the car after midnight. Our arrival time was known to be 11.50 and it would obviously take more than 10 minutes to collect luggage and arrive at the meeting point to collect the car. I think that this extra charge should be made very clearly on booking for late night flights.

Good value for money and certainly beats the time and delays and inconvenience of transporting your luggage incurred when using the off airport car parks.

mileage was higher than expected at almost 30 miles but the service was just what we needed as we arrived back at Gatwick at 1.30 am and we were not kept waiting.

Ace Parking kept us waiting for 40 minutes at the drop off point, making our flight check in very tight! Turns out the staff member collecting our vehicle had the wrong information relating to my car although my confirmation letter was correct!!

We found Ace Parking at Gatwick the best option we have used, you just park your car at departures where someone is there to meet you and on our return we had no wait at all. We would recommend them to anyone having to travel to Gatwick by car.

The drop and pick-up instructions are clear, the driver was on time in both directions and the price very reasonable. The office staff efficient. I would recommend this service.

Good system, extra signing at the terminal without frighteners provided by the warning notices regarding stopping.

Staff on my departure and my return were both very good.Although the car wasn't particularly clean before departure it looked as though it had been kept in a very dusty area as it was appreciably grubbier on return. I will still use the service and recommend it.

Using Ace Parking was a good move the driver was there waiting for us as we arrived the hand over was extremely smooth. On our return we phoned to let them know we were ready to take back our car and by the time we arrived at the pick up point we only had to wait 5 mins. We certainly will use the service again.

Driver was waiting to collect the car when I arrived and on the way back having called them after clearing customs the driver actually got to the drop off point quicker than I could get there from the terminal. First class service.

Great service, no waiting around although there was 26 miles on the clock and the car was pretty dirty they provided a good service.

Very pleased with the experience,and plan to use them again later this year.

The drivers at both pick and delivery were punctual and professional. The meet and greet service is so much better than using the usual parking service off site.

I've used 'meet and greet' services before and find them very useful, especially on the return trip. Just walk out of the airport, wait a few minutes and there's your car. ACE parking were excellent, easy to book and more importantly, on time and also courteous. Would definitely use them again.

Office were clear about drop off insturctions and collection. Easy to book on line and competitive price, no extras.

I will definitely use Ace again. No faffing around - just collect & drop off. What more could I ask for?

Everything went to schedule EXCEPT we had a puncture and had used a tyre repair aerosol to complete our journey to the airport. Reported this to the driver and e-mailed ACE from Turkey. Their reply calmed our worries and after three weeks away the car was returned and the tyre was still fine.

On arrival at Gatwick the parking staff was waiting for our arrival, he was friendly, polite, explained what would be happening and where we would pick up the car on our return. I felt very comfortable leaving my car in his hands. On our return we phoned once we had collected our luggage, were told to go to collection point and the car should arrive within 15 minutes. Just over 45 minutes later the car arrived, with no apology for being delayed which I presume was due to traffic as it was 9am in the morning and the outside of the car was absolutely filthy. When I mentioned this to the driver he laughed and said "well it has been in a dusty car park for 3 weeks"!!! I know this but feel a quick wash over would have been appreciated, then it would have been returned in the condition it was left. Overall a good service but just a few personal touches on arrival back in the UK would have made it excellent. Would I use them again - Yes.

Good service for the money paid. However, punctuality was an issue on the way back.
