Booked the car in for 11am was running late and advised Ace. When dropping off vehicle was greeted on the phone by ace rep who wasn't as polite as I expected. Person.who.collected the vehicle drove off with the car at some speed, so I was not too happy with that, But when collecting ace were on time no problems car was hot no issues would use again.

We phoned as stated on the outgoing and incoming journeys and wad NOT kept waiting. Paid to have car washed, good job done as well. Would use again, as no hassle,great price. Nice polite gents working for them. Many Thanks Mark Llewellyn

Would certainly not use Ace again after two bad experiences. gave them the benefit of doubt after using them for the first time probably because they were cheap, as proved on the second occastion when had to wait 1 hour when returning to the uk, cheap is not always the best option.Also I would add they. Was informed by a member of staff that they have a shortage!!!!!This needs to be addresed.

We were delighted that, when we had accidentally left our computers in our car's back seat on departure, a quick call brought a quick response back to deliver our computers before our plane departed. Excellent assistance! Thank you!

My comments above concern the timing of collection and delivery of the car. We phoned 25 minutes before arrival and had to drive round four times before we saw someone who looked like they were waiting. The drivers need to be easily identifiable, the Parking Lady Warden would not let us stop to even see if the driver had arrived. On arrival back we had to wait thirty minutes after our call for the car to be delivered. The reason being that the previous delivery had been delayed because the car owners could not be found. There should be at least two drivers at 11:45!

Although driver was a few minutes late in collecting our vehicle on departure but waiting for us on our return. Driver checked our car efficiently and without fuss allowing us to chek in with plenty of time to spare. Booking process was simple and easy to complete. Excellent value that proved a service like this is affordable. Well done Ace Parking.

Even though we were on an early flight and dropped car off at 5am driver was waiting for us at departures. The pick up was also waiting for us when we returned, having called from baggage reclaim. A no fuss parking option I will definately use again and strongly recommend to family and friends.

We used this company on several occasions and we are generally satisfied with their service. We always telephone prior to arrival giving our exact location in the journey to the airport but we always have to wait for driver to collect the car. Driver should really be waiting for us. Also drivers should wear jackets with company logo for easy recognition by clients. Dirvers are difficult to spot among all the other valet companies and airport staff.

Great value for money but the car returns were never on time out of the 2 times I was waiting. I'd use them again as I'd like to think I was unlucky but if they were late for a third time I'd give up.

Could not be happier. Somebody there to collect car when I arrived at the terminal and car was there ready when I returned. Plus cheaper than using any off airport parking, its a no brainer!

Can't fault the price, the punctuality of the car pick up and drop off. The staff who picked up dropped off all good, but not very happy that there was 60 miles on the clock and the outside of the car was stinking! But as the service was good i will let it lie.

We've used Ace before and always found them helpful and efficient, unfortunately this trip they let themselves down a bit. We arrived a little earlier than originally booked but had still given the 20 minutes notice. The car was not collected for 40 minutes and we were at the mercy of the parking wardens. Upon arrival back in to the UK in our warm weather clothes, we made the call, but the car didn't come. after 25 minutes we called again and was told they would call the driver and let me know. after forty minutes from our original call the driver turned up saying our battery had been flat. a) if you get to the car and the battery is flat why not call us and let us know it will be a bit longer so we can wait in the warm. b) if you call the driver and he's still ten minutes or more away why not call us back as promised. c) this was a brand new car and the battery was not flat. What probably happened is being a brand new Volvo they have a new key system for the ignition that means you have to have your foot on the clutch otherwise nothing happens. We had told the original driver and when booking the car but do not think this information was passed to the second driver. As I say, we'll use again but I will be wary

I was met punctually on arrival both ways. Drivers pleasant and courteous. No hassle of getting buses out to car park. Wonderful!
