We arrived back to find that wiper blade was missing from car. They sent picture to prove that it was missing on arrival and guess what. Picture shows wiper blade intact!!. They havent a clue and just denied everything. On principal will not use them again.

The only draw back travelling to APH is that the parking is offsite to the airport, this has never been a problem with us in the past as we always like to leave with plenty of time to spare, but should there ever be long delays on motorways this may present problems, the extra 30minutes required may not be enough

Friendly and helpful staff for check in/out and in the airport transfer coach. The whole outfit gave an excellent impression - and the loos were sparkling clean! I would definitely book with APH again.

Reception staff were very pleasant, and prompt in dealing with us despite a whole coach load decending at once to collect cars/keys on our return. Coach driver was also very helpful with handling our luggage, and cheerful, even at 4 in the morning!

The car park is easy to find and has nice busses that goes regularly to the airport. The staff is are friendly.

When I arrived home I noticed that my car had suffered damage to the nearside rear door and wing!!

The staff were very helpful and loaded and unloaded our luggage for us onto the coach which was a bonus compared to other parking services we have used in the past. Our car was parked very near to the exit when we returned so we didn't have to walk far with our luggage which was also a big bonus. We would definitely use APH again on our next trip.

The whole experiencing of parking here was a positive one. On arrival the service was quick and efficient, and the transfer coach was ready and waiting. On return I followed the telephoning procedure and the coach was waiting for us at the coach stop. We were the only people being picked-up and the driver was extremely courteous and friendly. I will definitely use APH again when I fly from Gatwick.

We have used APH on several occassions now and once again found the the service super. The staff were friendly & helpful, the parking was secure and the coach transfers very regular. The price was the best we could find and I would highly recommend APH.

This is the second time I've used APH and I will continue to do so. Very good indeed.

It is not worth the saving for a short trip to Europ. Too far and tiring.

The transfers were regular enough that the waiting was kept to a minimum. Also on collection the car is waiting for you at the front office allowing you to get home as quickly as posible with no further problems.

very good indeed. We did not have to wait either to go to the airport or from the airport. Both coaches were of a very high standard and were fitted with seat belts. the staff were extremely helpful, we would certainly look to use them again

Transfers good, friendly drivers, no complaints whatsoever AND cheaper than last year, fab!

I had not used APH before but I found an efficient organisation whose staff were very helpful. I would certainly recommend AHP to others.

The one to go for, you want you car in a secure place this is the place to be parked while your away, very secure and very helpfull.

This is my 4th use of APH at Snowhill, for Gatwick, and the service was as excellent and efficient as usual. In addition our driver, Dave, gave us the route to link directly to the M25 to avoid a jam on the motorway. June 2009 Stephen Pountney

This was the first time I used this car park. I found the staff to be very polite and friendly and would definitely recommend them to my friends

I would definately use this service again and have recommended it to other friends.
