Very quick turn round. Excellent service and the coach was comfortable. Very good value considering the excellent condition of the site. Security on site is excellent too. I would use this facility again next time.

Overall a really good experience both on leaving UK and returning after a tiring flight.

Had to wait a long time for the coach from the airport to the car park.

The driver stows your luggage. At the terminal he unloads the luggage. In between you sit back and relax. What more do you want ?

The only problem I had was that my car was filthy - it must have been parked under a tree, but even the inside was dirty?? First time this has happened though and used them many times, overall service good.

Not much to say except that everything was as I would have hoped. Staff were pleasant, courteous and professional; transfers operated without fuss; the system used for dropping-off and collection of the car were simple and swift. Overall a top notch service.

All went fine apart from return transfer to car park. Tried to phone as per instructions but engaged constantly and gave up after about 15 attempts. Therefore had no idea when next coach would arrive or if the car would be ready....others had same problem, aparently the phone system was down. Otherwise trouble free and impressed with the service.

We arrived at APH and waited 5 minutes for a coach to take us back to the airport, staff were friendly and very helpful, unfortunately the phone lines were down when we tried to ring to tell them we had arrived back in England but found a coach waiting. Good experience overall.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and on the return the coach was punctual. However, I thought the directions on how to get to APH were not exact. Only two roundabouts were mentioned on the instructions from junction 10 of the M23 but there are in fact three. On my wait out, I was just coming out of reception with my suitcase when the driver of the coach, though he had seen me, just jumped in the coach and drove off. When I picked up my car it was all sprayed with mud - very annoying as I had cleaned the car before leaving for the holiday. I therefore have very mixed feelings about APH parking I must say.

I have used them for many years and they are the best of all the ones I have used at Gatwick, Manchester, Stansted & Luton - if only they were North of London rather than South thus making my journey home much shorter.

We found it easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The transfers were quick and easy. Will certainly use aph in the future.

getting to the airport can be stressful ,so easy to find car parking makes it easier ,good transfers,very helpful staff , nice coches

Easy to reach from the M23, quick transfers, polite drivers and reception staff. All in all and excellent service.

Probably a bit further from the terminal than many but the slick service, helpful staff and value for money means I will not hesitate to use APH again.
